Booked at Bristol Airport, then after paying it came up saying it would be £8 per entry into the airport so adding on £16 both ways to the total cost. The parking was also a farm a few miles away. For the hassle and extra costs it was just easier to go silver parking for a little more once the extra fees were added with this.

Opted for the refund option at £2.50 I requested a refund immediately after the booking. They said it would be 5-7 days it’s now day 14 no refund so now having to get my bank and legal involved.

Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam, they left my car in Heathrow short stay carpark all day, then by tailgating another car got it out without paying. They then parked it in pub carpark for 10 days. On return I had to pay Heathrow £70 for the day they left it in the short stay carpark

We used "GATWICK Airport parking Spaces", it is below standard service and parking space are not secure. cheaper parking is trap here and name is also misleading, felt like operated by Gatwick airport. This parking space is a scam

one answering phone for ages when they did had to drive to a completely different place to what I been told and had a long walk to airport
on return to airport same thing again no one answering long walk back and then waited 1 hour for car i wouldn't call it meet and greet it was rubbish very bad service never again

Not happy with the fact that I haven't received a confirmation email, which is important after making a payment.

Services advertised as “customer favourites” are absolutely terrible: they go to the wrong terminal to collect you, have hidden fees and drive your car while you’re not there (ours had 20 more miles on it after parking with Willow Parking at Heathrow). Avoid at all costs.

The company you suggested for us, Budget Meet & Greet, parked our car in a Hotel Car Park and not off site in their parking facility as stated in the booking!!!!! We subsequently received a parking fine which was forwarded to them and they have chosen to ignore! The parking fine company are chasing again and Budget Meet & Greet are still ignoring. Their complaints department in shocking, their drivers were awful and the whole experience has left us with a bad taste in our mouths!
DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolute disgrace
My vehicle was damaged three big scratches all the way down one side
I was handed back vehicle early hours in the morning after first been given the wrong vehicle then half and hour later given mine and as had Mrs and kids with me didn’t wait around to check vehicle which I should of done
But they also didn’t give me any paperwork what so ever except keys in vehicle door opened for me to get in and go
Once I got home and noticed damage I phoned them up to complain to get to they don’t no nowt about it and out the phone down on me and didn’t answer again at all
And when did answer they out phone down on me again
What and absolute disgrace
Never use again and definitely would t recommend to anybody
If they would of dealt with it correctly then all would of been fine as things happen but they didn’t even want to hear me out

Generally ok. Emailed me with a discount code. You might want to learn to spell 'declare', as spelling mistakes make the site look dodgy.

I cancelled a booking and was promised a refund which has not be processed. I have sent numerous emails with not even a single reply. Stay away!

They say you need to pay a fee £3 each way, dont send a link to pay and pocket your money, had this con twice at Luton and once at EMA, why not include it in your cost

It is some years since I used Stansted Airport. As I regularly receive emails from Compareparkingdeals I searched the cheapest deal I could find for a short 2½ day day. I paid £60 - still expensive in my view. The site was New Farm Cheap Park & Ride. When I arrived I was told that the transfer fees were not included (I then noticed this was stated at the bottom of my booking email) and had to pay an extra 2 x £10 for the to/from airport transfer!

When I use an airport parking service I expect it to be clear and precise regarding costs. Otherwise, what's the point of calling the website 'Compare Parking Deals'?

The service was also extremely poor, and the site badly maintained. One of the drivers drove the bus like a maniac. Not impressed. I see this particular paring facility have a 1* rating on Trustpilot and their Facebook feedback is abysmal.

I have emailed Compareparkingdeals today, but I expect no joy. They will probably simply respond 'please read the small print'. I reject this. When searching for an airport parking service, I have never before experienced a situation where I pay for parking which does not include transfers. I feel conned by this deceitful practice.

In the advert is not mentioning the airport Levy charges £ 10 each way not included . It only appears once you buy the stay and this is not fair

So the first pleasant surprise was the small print (after booking of course) telling me that parking charges were not included in the price.
I thought I was booking the standard meet & greet at Stansted so was further unpleasantly surprised when I arrived to find the orange car park I was being directed to was not where the standard meet & greet is located, and there were no signs or indications of where I was supposed to be going to drop off the car. The number I was given to call put me through to rude responders who were incredibly unhelpful and just kept barking at me the row they wanted me to go to, despite me repeatedly telling them I could no longer get back to this row without exiting and re-entering the car park which would have incurred 2 parking charges. When they finally came to collect the car around an hour later the parking charges were £23, the driver told me to send in a copy of my ticket and receipt but surprise surprise, I have had no response to my emails.
On returning home, I was told my car would be 10-15mins. An hour later I called and was told my car would be 10-15mins. I did receive a courtesy call about 10mins later letting me know there had been a road closed by police that was causing delays - no idea why they didn't tell me this the first time I called! The only road closure was miles away on the M11 so god knows where they are parking the cars!
The car was finally returned to me, filthy and needing a wash (another charge) and I paid my £13 parking charge to get out and left.
Yesterday I went to the supermarket and reached for my trolley pound and found all the loose change I keep in the car (around £5/£6) was no longer there. This had been buried under a stack of batteries waiting to go to the recycling.
All in all, I can't recommend enough that you avoid this company like the plague, a dreadful experience from start to finish.
