Lovely tree, good price and delivery! :)

First time using - slightly nervous as delivery time get getting pushed back however arrived with big apology and even helped me get the tree settled into its base - super customer experience 😀

Brilliant as ever! Allways a perfect tree!

The tree is stunning - great size & shape, great colour, excellent quality

Followed my instructions and delivered on time

The tree we’ve received looks lovely and is well worth the price! We’ll definitely be ordering from here every year now!

Lovely tree delivered on time. Brilliant .

Great friendly service from Lewis and Ant. No pressure to purchase and clearly explained the available options. Tree is looking great now up at home.

Can’t believe I haven’t found this little gem before, really lovely to get a tree locally sourced. Lewis was so helpful and happy, and understood how fussy we were in picking a tree! He made the experience feel magical before Christmas. Thank you all. Will be back next year.

Great experience hanging with Lewis to select a tree. Very helpful, knowledge and good Christmas spirit.

Lovely welcome from Lewis and the team! Helped us choose the right tree for us, and cut down the trunk to make sure it fit our stand.
Will definitely be back next year - or in January for our discounted tree ;)

We have been buying Christmas trees from Coles for many years. Excellent trees and superb customer service. See you again next year!!

Always great quality trees that last despite central heating and open fires. Lewis is helpful and knowledgeable ensuring you go away with the best tree for your home

Fantastic place to buy a real Christmas tree. Great quality, Lots of choice, very friendly helpful staff, (Lewis) he chopped the bottom off, wrapped it and even put it on the roof of the car. You can’t get better service than that. Will be returning next year.

This is the first year we have bought our Christmas tree from Coles and we will definitely be returning next year. They were super helpful when we arrived, explaining all about the different types of trees and how to navigate the labels and pricing etc. We found the perfect tree quickly and easily and then had it helpfully carried to our car for us. Thanks to everyone at Coles - we will see you next year!

We got our Christmas tree from here both in 2021 and this year and will definitely go there for years to come! Everyone is super cheerful, kind and puts you in proper Christmas mood! Lewis was our tree advisor this time around and was super helpful - he cut and prepared our tree and he even carried our tree all the way to the other side of the car park.

Their courier delivered the tree to the wrong house, which really got to me. However, the manager replied to my email directly, apologised and send another tree the very next day. The tree was perfect and I was very happy with his service.

Our third year of purchasing a tree from Cole’s, and once again, extremely happy. Great customer service from Lewis, all trees really accessible to look through.
Would absolutely recommend 👍
