Ordered a £65 gift set in January to be delivered by EVRi, it was dispatched by Clinique but was never delivered, tracking proved this. Once again EVRi is 100% failing to deliver and parcels are being blatantly stolen! WHY are you using this courier knowing their practice of highway robbery as reported in the news, your company must be losing ££millions so STOP using them. I'm never buying again from sellers who use EVRi despite loving Clinique products. Give your loyal customers a choice of which courier they wish to take a chance with. I received my refund promptly from you after ringing customer services and speaking to a very nice call handler so thanks you for that at least.
UPDATE 31/01/23: Email sent in response to their email request of wanting to 'help'.... still no reply! What's the point in wasting people's time pretending they care about their customers, it's just a computer generated email response for this site to make them look good. However, they do still send numerous emails to me every day advertising their products!

Was I scammed?
No communication. Blame the customer. Offer a refund, which will take 2 weeks!!!!! Did anyone get their 50% off their order or was I scammed? And dont tell me to contact anyone else. When I asked for a supervisor I was told we have to sort the problem which clearly 5 different people couldn't!!!

Do Not Fall For the Name
I have ordered on 26th of December on 28th got mail saying we are packing your order on 29th got another mail your order has been shipped and with link to track,
from 29th till about 6th of January tracking the parcel with Evri it says they got it since 1st of January but until about 8th of January no luck so first of all tried virtual chat useless than whatsapp message no reply finally decided to call on Monday the 9th of January person on the phone said that he will raise a ticket with Evri and I need to wait till Thursday so waited till Thursday and still no luck called back on Thursday evening they said they can give me refund but will take up to 7 days money to go in to account ( by the way they took the money in 2 days after the order placed ) or they can re-order it all ( except one item out off stock now ) and that new order will take up to 7 days again , I did ask why can not be next day delivery as you offer on your web site they said they can only do standard delivery , new order placed on 12th of January and today is 17th I don't think it will arrive. So do not trust the name of the company if you have read this reviews means something not right I wish that I have read all these reviews I would never go ahead with the order.

November: ordered item (eyeshadow), received, sent back (too shimmer). they got it on 11/23/22.
December: no refund. I had a chat w them, they promised to refund within 7-10 b. days.
January: I still don't have a refund.
Almost 2 months have passed.
I highly don't recommend these guys.

Ordered items on 2Jan and was notified items were dispatched on 4th Jan - My order was delivered today 12 January with 2 items missing . What did they think ? I wouldn’t notice ? Are they looking to go into administration? Are the warehouse staff unable to read? It’s laughable - what in heavens name is going on? Won’t order again - will see if I even get a refund after calling today - but I want my money back or I am starting a war .

Cannot be contacted
Had an order dispatch notice and tracking number emailed to me on 29/12/22.
I tried to chase up my order on 06/01/23 but Clinique's online chat isn't available, no one is responding on WhatsApp, and I've tried calling their customer care phone line a few times but the call cuts off whenever I'm placed in a call queue.
I cannot contact Clinique at all today.

Improve 7 Day Cream packaging
I've been using the 7 Day Cream for two days and unfortunately the lid has
seperated from the $25 bottle.
The attachment of the lid to the bottle is with inadequately thin plastic.
I'm pleased with the content but not with the packaging.

Update Jan 3 2023: I'm revising my rating to 2 stars: the refund for the items I returned still haven't been issued and it's been several days.
I'm giving Clinique 4 stars because I think their CS is better than most companies and they did try to help me when my package was sent back and send a replacement but I'm subtracting 1 star because I have problems with their product quality and shipping carriers. In terms of product quality, my skin broke up badly in reaction to their dramatically different moisturizer. I'm not just talking about a normal acne breakout but it broke out in HIVES which I've never experienced from a beauty product before. Needless to say, it had to go back. Another problem is they use ontrac as a shipping carrier which is a very, very bad shipping carrier. I think Clinique should drop ontrac as a carrier because I'm not exagerrating when I say that ontrac has awful CS service and refused to help me at all when my first package didn't get shipped.

absolutely speechless at the level of customer service from what I once considered to be a fantastic company I have been ordering from Cinique for over 20 years but I will never again trust them after the last few weeks. Whatsapp is useless don't answer the queries, live chat cant resolve the issue, phones are on hold for over an hour, my parcel has been held in transit for 3 weeks, and finally today - ONE DAY BEFORE XMAS EVE - clinique admit my order has been lost and that the only option is a refund which will take 7 working days! Furious does not cover it ! Black Friday deal lost and I can't afford to replace the gift until the refund is received - thanks for ruining my xmas Clinque!!!! Complaint has been lodged and email sent.

I ordered a product on 28/11/2022. On 4/12/2022 it was with Evri. I still haven’t received it and was told to contact Clinique. I have been on their live chat site for over 2 hours. Awful customer service - no product and no contact. This was a Christmas present. Disappointing.

Terrible website. Cannot get to my basket to be able to complete my purchase. Incredibly frustrating, however given the high volume of other customers with unfulfilled/ missing deliveries perhaps this is a blessing in disguise!

I ordered on 11-24. The package tracking states the package has been sent to the shipping company but has not yet been sent. I have messaged Clinique numerous times and don't get an answer. I sent them an email which went unanswered as well. I sent the shipping company 5 inquiries and also no response. Finally, I have called customer service only to be on hold for a long time and no human answering. I was charged for the product and cannot even get an update.

I ordered online on 22nd November and I am still awaiting my order.
I messaged the WhatsApp customer service they have in place who told me to wait further for a replacement and have not received the replacement either.
Shocking to think they work with the worst, most cheap delivery company Evri and think it’s satisfactory to NOT DELIVER orders but take money.

NO HELP AT ALL - NOW EVEN WORSE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I bought a serum foundation, which was mis-sold (shouldn't their staff in store do something more than sell any product whether suitable or not). Spoke to customer services, they directed me to an online chat, which was very helpful, went I went instore to test the suggested colour, perfect.
Phoned customer services to exchange, I had to pay postage of £5 and the replacement product was £5 cheaper - didn't bother, bad enough all the hassle in the first place AM NOT GOING TO LOSE £10 - threw it away instead, dealing with to customer services is hopeless and a lost .
This is the reply I received after doing what was advised by their reply:
We are sorry we still haven’t been able to interact with you regarding your recent enquiry. Please do contact us if you require our assistance and provide your case reference number 07315222
If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we will assume your enquiry has been resolved to your satisfaction and we will close your case. Please note you may then receive a survey regarding our customer service at this point.
I Hope I receive the survey, as will tell them exactly what I think of their customer services

Un peu frustrant de s'en rendre compte une fois que les offres du black friday ont disparu, la prochaine fois j'irai acheter ailleurs

I have been trying check out for over a week now to get the best of the Black Friday deals and my genius rewards. I cannot log into my account or access m basket to pay. This is absolutely pathetic Clinique! A large company such as yourselves should have your website running without any issues, especially during the sales period.AND PLEASE DON’T REPLY TO THIS CLINIQUE CUSTOMER CARE WITH YOUR PITIFUL RESPONSE. FYI….I have tried alternative browsers and a desktop PC. THE PROBLEM IS YOUR INEPTITUDE!
The most disappointing thing about this, I have been a loyal customer for many years. What a poor show, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
