Prior to placing an order I raised questions with the supplier, these were answered immediately.
My order was placed on 7/1/26, the process was straightforward. The goods were delivered by courier the next day. Full information was provided & a 1hr delivery slot allocated. Items were very securely packaged & delivered within the time slot.
Exceptional service from start to finish.

Great company! Super helpful. Myfi in particular was brilliant, efficient and helped me sort out an issue quickly. Massive thanks to her! I’d highly recommend them.

As usual, Clifton Cameras deal with high value orders in a reliable yet friendly manner. 5-6 times I’ve ordered online with them & they’re second to none!

Excelent knowledge of spotting scopes and a great price. It also arrived the next day which was a bonus. Well done Clifton Cameras

Excellent service from Clifton Cameras. Their prices are very competitive and delivery was really impressive even though the weather conditions have been atrocious.

I am beyond impressed with the Seestar S50. First of all, the delivery was much faster than I expected, which was a great surprise.
As for the performance, this device is incredible. It takes unbelievably good photos of the night sky, even though my garden is heavily affected by light pollution coming from the neighboring apartment block. It manages to capture clear, stunning images despite the challenging conditions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy-to-use smart telescope!

I consistently receive an outstanding service from Clifton Cameras. From price match to product packaging when ordering online, Clifton Cameras leave no reason to shop elsewhere. Packed professionally for postage and transit in the post, expensive equipment ordered and optics have arrived as expected with the care and consideration to their value. A big thanks to Kushaan and Paulina for taking the initiative to call and confirm a price match and for such a prompt dispatch of the item ordered too.
No time wasted. In comparison to other retailers, I would highly recommend Clifton Cameras time and time again. Thank you! - area1photography

I cant recommend Clifton Cameras enough. Their customer service is excellent and I'm absolutely delighted with my Nikon Z6. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Got an amazing deal on used Canon R5 mk I, the description was spot on. Delivered ahead of schedule by DPD. Ace service and shop!

Thank you very much!

I placed an order

The Sales assistance was extremley helpful and understanding. She was very patient and willing to help. The on-line help was also keen to help. All in all worth a 150 mile round trip. Cant praise them enough.

Very competitive price, well packed, speedy delivery, excellent product, really pleased with free gift too that I wasn’t expecting, very happy customer!

I took a massive gamble by upgrading some of old trusted camera gear and had heard of Clifton Cameras through an online group I am in called COAP which is dedicated to aviation photography and Aled is in the group and has started a dedicated service for members , the whole process was handled with utter professionalism from start to finish from trade in quotes to receiving my new gear before Christmas , I would highly recommend Clifton Cameras to anyone looking for great service all round

In advance of my purchase, which was in the region of £5k in value, I was given impartial and honest advice to suit my particular set of circumstances. This was very much welcomed and expected from customers who had left reviews previously. I was prepared to travel from Essex to Gloucestershire and happy that I did so.

I have had very positive experiences with both in person and online purchases at Clifton Cameras. A special mention to Estelle for her patience and professionalism when I was making a big decision on what lens to choose alongside a new camera, as well as for making the process of selling my own gear as smooth as possible. I felt very comfortable whilst at the shop thanks to Estelle and Jonathan who were very accommodating and made the experience a lot more personable and fun!

My online shopping experience was again positive thanks to Estelle who was very helpful and ready to assist me quickly when I had queries. Later I had to return an item which arrived with a factory fault and she very quickly resolved this issue by organising a next day free pick up from my address.

I have used other camera shops in the past but I have not found any who have been as professional, efficient, friendly and ready to make things right when needed.

Thank you Clifton Cameras – I look forward to shopping with you in the future!

First time ordering from them for some Polaroid 600 film. Great price on their website and reasonable shipping costs. Ordered on the 18th December and it arrived the 19th. Well packaged, no fuss, all good.

Would happily use them again.

Great service and the shipping/delivery times were first class. The carrier provided a one hour slot thus no hanging around for hours at home. Goods were well packed in a sturdy box on both purchases I made.

Fantastic service provided by Clifton Cameras and brilliant support from Aled, who helped me upgrade to the world of mirrorless and now helping my Dad too. A brilliant range of discounts too and an extra bonus thanks to being a member of the awesome COAP Online community (Centre of Aviation Photography). All questions and concerns answered, so impressed by Clifton Cameras! Thanks again.

Bought a Camera (a Nikon D800) on Saturday 15th Dec. and expected delivery this week.
On Monday afternoon (15th) was told that the camera I paid for was already sold, and that ivwas no longer getting the camera.
Was offered at [full price] inferior cameras for the same price and better cameras for a far higher price, with no discount for the Clifton Camera error, on selling a camera that was already sold !!!
VERY POOR..... AS I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASED NIKON D800

Safi was extraordinarily helpful and found us exactly what we wanted - thank you
