Clifton Cameras Anmeldelser

Placed order after business hours, just before Christmas, parcel arrived 36 hours later, beautifully packaged. Wouldn't buy my kit anywhere else!

Ordered item after sales advice.
Great response and delivery.
Have used company before recommended

Was struggling to find size/spec binoculars, gift for my partner. All other retailers were higher priced or poorer quality. Was so pleased to stumble upon a uk retailer of good quality, fairly priced binoculars. Easy purchase and prompt delivery was great too. Haven’t been able to check them out properly, high risk of arrest using them in this area 😂. All wrapped up ready for recipient now.

They are incredibly professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery company lost my parcel, which caused me a lot of anxiety about whether I would receive insurance and how my case would be handled. They assisted me by investigating the issue with the delivery company and ensured that the item I wanted would be kept for me until the insurance process was completed, so I could still purchase what I originally intended. They are a trustworthy and communicative team. They were also very flexible, kindly agreeing to meet earlier in person due to sudden circumstances.

Brought a pair of Nikon binoculars as a Birthday present for my wife. Clifton Cameras were selling them at a very competative price, so I placed my order on the website. Delivered within a few days, very pleased with the service provided 👍

Great range of in stock products, quick and easy ordering process with excellent communication regarding delivery etc. I would highly recommend this retailer.

Ordered a retirement gift on a Saturday morning, items arrived Monday 9:30am. Amazing service. Staff very knowledgeable & helpful, would highly recommend.

Good team at Clifton Cameras. Knowledgeable and helpful. Prices generally match anything online and the option to trade in your old equipment / buy second hand.

Great price. Immediate despatch. Exemplary packing. What's not to love?

Fantastic company, the people working in the store are friendly and knowledgeable and they carry a really good amount of stock. Their pricing is pretty much the best you will find anywhere for cameras and lenses and they have a really good trade-in against new purchases.

We are so pleased that they have moved locally to us as it's a great place just to pop in for a browse and to see a friendly face. Can be a bit dangerous though when "just a quick browse" ends up with the credit card coming out...

Also look out for their in store demos - there is always lots going on.

Extremely quick and helpful services. Needed a specific camera for a holiday. Ordered this camera on amazon.co.uk and it was estimated to come in less then a week but when i tracked the order it said it would come after the holiday. So went on clifton cameras and they provided the camera in 3 days which is really impressive as i am from Jersey. They provided an additional micro SD card which was amazing as i didn’t even realise that the camera alone doesn’t come with this card like if you order on amazon you have to buy separately. also i phoned up to request an invoice profs for GST purposes and the employer on the other end (Will his name was) was on it and sent the invoice to my email in less than a minute after the phone call i had. Highly recommend this company , safe quick and hassle free.

Great Communication and helped out alot when trading my gear for new gear!

I needed a pair of high-end binoculars. ChatGPT gave me 3 or 4 options and 3 or 4 quality sellers. I chose Clifton as they had a great a website and the online chat was quick and knowledgable and reverted quickly re a a little black friday deal. Bino's arrived quickly and seamlessly via DPD. I had a minor query down to my lack of knowledge and my email was answered by Estelle within an hour. [I had sent a query a week ago to LCE as they have a local store and I would have preferred to see the binos before buying .... still waiting a reponse] Highly recommend Clifton.

Gear ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday and exactly as described. Very competitive price for the Canon EF 2x Extender. Very pleased with every aspect of the transaction.

Will be going back soon

Truly 5 star. Helpful, efficient and competitive pricing.

Brilliant! Safi took the time to understand my needs, and then helped suggest a range of suitable products for me. She listened to and patiently answered my endless questions, and her expert knowledge of the products was second-to-none. I have complete faith in her recommendations and will most definitely shop here again! Thank you!

The purchase of a new Mirrorless Camera and accessories was quite easy and friendly by way of the Chat box, not my preferred method if I am honest. The sales assistant Estelle was friendly and very helpful in answering my queries, questions and sending emails etc until the purchase was complete. I have used Clifton Cameras in the past but not on a major purchase. I have no reservations about awarding them 5stars.

Very straightforward purchasing experience and the item arrived quickly and well-packaged. Faultless service. Thank you!

Quick and efficient service. I opted for a Sony A6400 lens kit (18-135mm OSS) as my first camera. I paid for next day delivery (around 3pm) Which still arrived around midday on the next day. Great camera. Great purchase experience. Thanks 🙂
