Problems with CleverGet Crunchyroll Downloader
I've been using Crunchyroll for a few months now without any problems until this past weekend.
The Crunchyroll module stopped downloading subtitles after the last update.
I sent a message on Saturday and they replied on Monday, fixing the problem. Everything was very quick and efficient.
My only complaint is that, although the subtitles appear in the correct format when watching the episodes, they only download in .SRT format and not .ASS, though I don't know if this is due to the platform itself.
My rating is 4.5 out of 5.

Quick and efficient support
After an issue about video downloading from HBO ( downloaded video was systematically quite shorter than the original ), the reaction of the support was quick ( mail received within 24 h ) and efficient ( patch proposed was easy to apply and solved the issue ).

As for Software
Although I've made many Backup Discs using Blu-ray Copy and Blu-ray Creator, it keeps the original resolution and there is No Error Disc at all.
It's amazing!!!
As for Upgrade
Choosing "Lifetime"(as reasonable price), Upgrade New Version with no charge, when your PC upgrade anytime.
As for support
The support staff follows us quickly and gently.
I really appreciate!
Therefore, I recommend "LEAWO" and keep using it myself.

Nach Updates funktioniert oft gar nichts mehr.
Nach dem letzten Update habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr über cleverget auf mein amazon Konto.
Es akzeptiert weder meine email Adresse , noch meine Handy Nummer.
Auch gibt es Fehlermeldungen bei Youtube.
Cleverget ist einfach nur NERVIG !!!
Kann ich überhaupt NICHT empfehlen !!!

Solid products with (real) lifetime updates
Solid products. Had one for years without issue. Updated promptly. So I purchased the total package. Same experience. None of this, "your product has reached its end of life" BS.
