Keepstreamsを購入（年間契約）しましたが使用できません。使い勝手が悪いのではなく、PCが認証されず使用できる状態にすらなりません。
返金を要求していますが、一向に取り合ってもらえず、その続報です。
今度は「遠隔でPCを操作させろ」と言ってきました。そんなことできるわけがありません。こいつらはアメリカの企業とされていますが、StreamFabや他の類似のソフトと中身が同じでインターフェイスだけ少し変えて販売するというあからさまな方法からして、黒幕は北朝鮮やC国の可能性もありますよね。PCを遠隔操作されてパスワードを抜き取られたらやりたい放題されますから、できるわけないです。
断ると、今度は「アンインストールして再インストールしろ」。そんなの、最初にやって効果がなかったからサポートに連絡したのです。
要はまともに対応するつもりも返金するつもりもないということですね。さすが詐欺師です。

Would give this site no stars. Paid for a subscription but there is no activation for the software. After the support staff said it was fixed, the software still does not work. The support staff continues to argue about fixing the software instead of providing a refund. Requested a refund within their 7 day "satisfaction guarantee". Was told that a refund is not unconditional. They are refusing to refund money when their product doesn't work. Even with a satisfaction guarantee. No satisfaction means the customer payment is refunded. Working with my credit card company to dispute and report fraudulent practices.

It’s a terrible application. Besides constantly trying to sell you the premium pack — even after I selected four times that I wanted to try the free version — it doesn’t even work properly.

It downloaded the video in whatever language it felt like, and after downloading just one video, it wouldn’t let me download any more because it said I had exceeded the limit (I was only able to download one, and it was wrong).

I absolutely do not recommend this application. Look for other methods, because this one is definitely a bad and expensive option.

Took out a month subscription…with 7 day refund guaranteed if unhappy.
Well, on day 3 of using the software it’s laggy and crashes during ‘processing’ so I’ve been trying to reach out to them and they have purposely made it difficult for you to contact them. Unable to open ticket ‘please try later’ emails go without a response.

I shall be contacting my bank

EDIT: Just for additional verification, they say they will ‘finish’ off the refund as per their response but they don’t actually refund.

As I said, steer clear and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these cowboys

KeepStreams to jedyny program do obsługi tak wielu serwerów. Najważniejsze, że prawie co tydzień lub dwa są nowe uaktualnienia, poprawiające i rozszerzające funkcje programu. Nie można działać na CDA Premium, ale na tym chyba nic nie działa. Poza tym gorąco polecam.

Could not get it to work. Opened a ticket and support couldn’t figure it out. Their answer was to keep on sending them the log. Wouldn’t recommend save your money.

I'm grateful that there is a program like this. It can be glitchy and a little frustrating sometimes.

インストールはできますがアカウント有効化した後の認証が出来ず使用できませんでした。
サポートに連絡してもサポートしてもらえず返金対応を依頼しても対応なく勝手にサポートが終了してしまいます。
使えない、返金もされないソフトになりました。

[Update] So after everything and all the glitches making it impossible to cancel. They are denying me my refund. Proving what I said from the beginning. They are thieves just playing games. They flat out lied and backpedaled. Do not trust a word they say.

In my previous review I mention how getting successive emails from KeepStreams needing a 5th confirmation that I wanted to cancel each service was impossible because every email after the first did not come with a confirmation button and so I wasn't able to cancel in time and I got charged for 2 services. I reached out to them through email and they refused to refund my money. So I assumed the matter was closed and decided to use on of the services since I couldn't get my money back and I left a review.
In response to my previous review they asked for more information on here and promised to help with a refund and I responded with the info they asked for. 5 days later I still haven't heard from them. Their pretense of caring about their websites glitches in response to me previous review was a flat out lie. They stole $48 from me and will not return it despite their claims that they will. I have responded to all of their requests for information. But they keep pretending as if I have not. I have done it over and over. They are just playing games now.

The fact that you can download any movies and watch it on your computer. Although the price is very high but it is a sacrifice, I am willing to make.

Works great most of the time. When there are issues - like when a streaming entity decides to restrict resolution - there can be wait periods whilst the coders find a workaround, but they do and that's what makes it such good software.

Da ich eine Serie auf Netflix sichern möchte, die es nicht als käufliche DVD gibt, habe ich mir nach Recherche im Internet Keepstream gekauft.
Es funktioniert wie Windows 98, also gelegentlich muss es neu gestartet werden. Bedienung ist sehr einfach und das Ergebniss ist super.

I purchased the lifetime subscription. I'm only happy with the service about 50% of the time. Every month, there is another update, and a critical error occurs approximately 33% of the time. Right now, my account shows 7 support tickets over the last year caused by the updates. Most of the titles start, "Following the latest update..."
It's not a great piece of software. It seems they have just rebranded another company's software, which may be why there is such a delay in receiving support.
