Bought car, within first drive it flagged up that the TPMS was faulty, thought no big deal will fix that sensor in my own time.. then the engine failure hazard came on.. no coolant, car over heating. Filled up the coolant. One day later, same again. In the garage this week as very obviously sold it to me with a leak.

Warranty is absolute naff as it states car must be returned to them.. it’s undriveable. I risk naffing the engine up driving it 20 miles with leaking/no coolant and not a clue where it’s leaking to! Will be in touch after car has been in the garage Wednesday with the exact problem and quote. I can only assume they’re clearing faults before test drives/upon pickup/before delivery, as the TPMS was most definitely not a problem that suddenly occurred upon drop off of my car.

I bought a car in February broken down after 3 weeks clutch went got it repaired and 4 weeks down line alternator blown went back wouldn't look at it said go to repair centre got it towed back to other vat registered garage good job I had extended warranty the manager was very rude never buy from there second car has more problems than ever maybe if they help after sale you would still be happy but no never again

My partner bought a car from them 2 years ago. In January someone hit his car from behind that car was written off. He bought another car from another dealer and received a phone call from the company that supposed to buy his car that this car is on finance, which is fraud . How can you sell a car that is financed , why dealers didn’t mentioned anything about this to buyer? No one would buy this car. Now my partner have a problem. Bought few cars in past but these people should pay for what they did.

Like a fool, I forgot to do all the pre car purchase checks.
After reading the advisories from the previous MOT'S, I called Mr Kamal and told him to cancel the purchase. As it was being delivered at a cost of £250, I told him he could keep that as I thought the delivery company were a separate entity. They are not .!

At 15:40 I heard what I thought was a knock at the door.
Not to my surprise, there was a bag with 2 keys & 2 V5's on my floor.
I raced out to confront the driver but he had unloaded the vehicle 200 yards down the street in a Disabled space.
He has then sent someone who must be able to run like Ussain Bolt to my door to shove the keys through the door.
I can't even tell you what they were driving..!
Now the important stuff.
I had an inkling this would happen & informed Police Scotland this morning. I have since updated them as to how it was delivered. They are going to contact me tonight.
Out of curiosity, I went out to inspect the car.
One headlight had failed.
The passenger side electric window is jammed.
It has keyless ignition that showed "Brake Fault"
The windscreen has severe water ingress.
I could go on for hours but I'll get to the point.

The ‘garage’ is like a cattle market for young/new drivers where good looking cars are sold at what looks to be a reasonable price with a 12 month warranty if you want it.

But….my son went to look at a car he was keen to buy. We checked it over online (clean HPI, MOT history etc) and gave the car a good look over in the garage (fluids, brakes, underneath etc) all looked good.

Took it for a test drive, all sounded and seemed fine, no major concerns. Pulled over to check it over once more after running it a short while and could hear tapping from the engine. Lifted the oil filler cap and it was like mayo underneath (yet clean as a whistle when in the garage!) signs of a blown head gasket and water/coolant in the engine - BIG MONEY TO FIX!

Took it straight back and told the guy serving us who tried to tell me that it was just condensation and needs more oil nothing to worry about….who are you kidding?!

I’ve since learned that the cars they sell come from auction and are sold on without proper repairs to make them roadworthy. They also don’t honour the warranties they offer.

The vehicle I bought has leaking injectors wheel arch trim missing, doors don't lock, but to add insult to injury, they won't answer calls or messages, don't hand money over they don't care about you

AVOID THESE COWBOYS! The day we bought the car, we got less than 2 miles away and the clutch went. This was fixed after them having the car for 3 weeks. 3 weeks after the car was returned the engine light came on and went into limp mode, took the car to local garage who said the engine was in disaray and we needed a refund, cleckheaton refused to provide us a refund and said they would complete a full engine rebuild, they had the car for another 2 weeks. The car was returned as "fixed" however, 4 wedks latet the car did the same however it was on a dual carriage way so this could have been very dangerous!

Trading Standards are now on the case so please be caregul of these cowboys!
