Disappointment
I was given the date for delivery and arranged my builder. At 3pm I called Clearance Paving for an update on the delivery time. I was told that I wouldnt be getting a delivery as they had “forgot” to load my order that morning!
They offered a further delivery 4 days later!
If i hadn’t of phoned I would be none the wiser. I explained that I had to pay my builder still for waiting but they were only interested in whether i wanted to continue with the purchase. I cancelled as I dont want to deal with a company that operates in this way.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please accept my apologies for the delay in delivery you experienced. As explained, we had not been made aware by the carriers that this had been missed at loading in their depot and we have now raised this with our transport team to review the communication with the carrier in question.
I appreciate this does not resolve the issue for yourself but we hope this helps ensure this will not happen in the future.
As delivery was due on the Friday, the next available delivery date that was offered was the Monday. I appreciate this was not suitable for yourself and a refund was requested instead. I can also see this was actioned, in full, on the day and am confident the monies will now be back with you.
I appreciate the frustration and disappointment you have experienced and apologise again.

Tried to buy from local supplier but…
Tried to buy from local supplier but they said it would need to be a special order + xtra costs. Found Clearance Paving ( didn't realise it was Brett ) and found the price was cheaper and it included delivery.
Block paving was delivered on time and blocks were new ( unlike local supplier where the blocks had been siting around for months !! )
So will use Brett again !

Be very wary, most likely seconds with a poor colour match to stock.
Ordered 7 packs of Omega Silver Haze and 1 pack of Omega Charcoal for border. My builders (who have laid plenty in these colours from Brett Landscaping) could not believe the lack of colour difference and definition to usual stock. When questioned about this, CP took 3 days to decide it was "a reasonable variation in manufacturing" and they would offer no solution or refund.
It was then left to me to sort out a solution AT MY COST. Ended up binning the charcoal and getting some much darker Marshalls blocks.
The charcoal were in fact correct colour/shading (as seen at other suppliers) but the silver haze were way darker than expected. It would appear that CP (who are the same/sister company of Brett) are just an outlet for getting rid of their seconds - products which didn't make the colour grade.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I just wanted to re-iterate the explanation regarding colour variations within product produced from natural aggregates, as previously advised.
Although every effort is made to ensure consistency of product, colour variations can occur in products manufactured by the process used.
Taking Silver Haze blocks as an example, these are a Natural Concrete block with a splash of Charcoal pigments. The manufacturing process can produce blocks varying from one extreme (all Natural) through to the other extreme (all Charcoal). Moreover, as the Charcoal pigment is mixed randomly, this can result in blocks containing a blend of both colours, as well as units where the two colours stay apart but are visible in a single block.
This creates the mottled, tonal variation that generally customers love within this colourway.
This charcoal pigment is the same pigment used in our single colour charcoal blocks. Therefore some blocks in the silver haze will look like our charcoal single colour blocks, as will some of the natural grey colour blocks.
I also wanted to clarify again that product sold on the Clearance Paving site is only Seconds if clearly stated in the title and the description on the page, so you should have no concerns that product received without this title will be anything other than first rate product.
