Driver helpful with the unloading request at site.
One downside, the pallet was not strong enough for the total weight of the product.

Great slabs that look really good when layed. Easy ordering process, good price, and delivery was very quick. (Driver was really helpful and put the pallets as near to my working area as possible).

The driver was very rude
The driver was very rude, abrupt and impatient, especially when the customer, who I ordered the pavings for was a infirmed stroke victim. I heard how distressed she was over the phone whilst he was there. I think customer training should be given to this particular driver.

Secondly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience your customer has had during the delivery.
I would like to stress that this is absolutely not the service we expect from the couriers we use. We do subcontract the delivery work out, but expect all drivers to represent our brand at the highest level, both in abilities and customer service.
Please rest assured this has been reported and escalated for investigation within the courier and down to the driver level. This will be addressed on your behalf.
