Great service - the courier lost my package, and Clair de Lune were quick to send a replacement. Pleased with the products too!

Great customer service, great communication and my order arrived sooner than expected! An item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock and not due back in until after my baby is due; customer service were quick to notify me and supply me with options - quickly resolved and they still applied a 20% discount used on the previous order and refunded any price difference! Yet to use but items look great quality!

What a fabulous company! Bought a gorgeous Moses Basket with stand, mattress and fitted sheets last year for my grandchildren when they visit. Took it on holiday with them last week and misplaced a screw for the stand during the journey home. Emailed them and asked if they could help and a replacement was in the post, free of charge, within a day! Fantastic service! Highly recommended!

Daughter grew out of her next to me crib within the blink of an eye, managed to find the solid oak cot bed. Was delivered within a few days and was incredibly easy to put together!
It’s extremely sturdy and will last her many years with its multifunction parts as well as it being an absolutely gorgeous cot. Purchased some fitted sheets to go with the mattress which are lovely quality. Well worth the money!!

Amazing customer service!

I contacted customer service as I had a Moses basket from my first baby and I had lost the screws to re-assemble this, with my second baby arriving in a couple of weeks.
I heard back within 15 minutes and was told the parts would be sent out to me free of charge, I received these within 2 today! The staff were very helpful and proactive and made sure I could get this sorted for my second baby arriving! I am blown away with how quick this was sorted for me and the service I have received! Thank you!! X

We ordered the Oak Cot bed, which we are happy with so far. We also ordered the Cot Top Changer, which is clearly advertised to fit the Oak Cot Bed... unless you read the small print and you see the top changer fits 76cm cribs and not the 77cm that is the oak bed. 1cm difference too, what a joke.

The way the product is advertised misleads the customer to believe it fits all their cot beds, and until you assemble it, it is too late because they do not accept returns for items that are unused but have already been assembled.

What a terrible, unethical and misleading company. Of course I reached out to them because we want to return it, but they told us we can't even though their advertising is actively misleading on purpose to sell more because once you assemble it... you cannot return it.

Thankfully other things seem in good condition (SO FAR...), but we won't be returning customers and with many friends expecting their babies - we won't be recommending you either.

A lot better companies out there, and customer service at the end of the day is always the most important thing.

I ordered a beautiful moses basket with accessories but hadn't received notification it was dispatched. On the account it just said processing. After 1 week I emailed customer services to ask when I would receive my order. I had a quick reply apologising and saying it will be sorted ASAP. Within a couple of hours I had notification it had been dispatched.

Great customer service from start to finish helped with my enquiry quickly and kept me updated all the way, I would definitely use again as they are very customer focused, the moses basket was really good quality and at a great price.

The cot bed I ordered looks beautiful! The quality is very good! The customer service is quick, polite and helpful. Delivery does take a while and the cot bed arrived in separate deliveries but this is to be expected with bulky furniture. I had a bit of an issue with the return of another item sold by the company but manufactured by a different company, which is why I’ve taken one star off. However, overall I’m really happy with the bed and if it wasn’t for the issues with the return and still waiting for the refund of the other item I would have given 5 stars.

I had mislaid a part from my grandchild's moses basket stand. I emailed Clair de Lune customer services to see if I could purchase one from them.
I had a very quick response from them to say they would pop what I needed in the post. It was with me within a couple of days. Such a great service, highly recommend the company - 10/10

It's so refreshing in this day and age to be able to contact someone about a problem and get it sorted so efficiently.

Easy to order items. Good website to browse. Very good value and choice. New customer discount appreciated on my order. Updates on delivery service etc. received. Unfortunately not all of my items I had ordered arrived however I emailed and explained this and within a few hours I was told that I would have replacement items sent out to me. Contact with Robyn who was really helpful and prompt in replying to me. Really pleased with outcome. Good customer service.

Responded promptly to my email regarding missing screws with my order. Robyn was incredibly helpful and sorted the issue within a couple of emails.

Fantastic customer service when I received an incorrect order it was handled promptly and with the upmost apologies, lovely products also.

Disliked that there was no internal covering on part of the order which was to be gifted but customer service was prompt and courteous and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

I wrote on the off chance they could help with a spare part. The response was extremely quick, courteous and helpful. Could not have done more to help. Brilliant support.
