This is my second review for CJCH. They did an excellent job of the purchase on my mother in law's new flat and they have now just completed the sale of her house. A big thank you to Kimberley Lenahan who handled things super professionally, always reacted quickly to e mails and was generally on top of the whole process (and the sale happened very fast so she needed to be). I had an excellent experience with this firm of solicitors during the sale of my property. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was handled smoothly, and whenever any issues arose, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I mainly worked with Kimberly, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. She guided me every step of the way, always making sure I understood what was needed and helping coordinate things with the estate agent and the other party involved. Her professionalism and support made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.

Selling a property is one of the most…
Selling a property is one of the most stressful times, but we had a very professional service from CJCH. We were selling a leasehold buy-to-let flat and the process was quite prolonged because of delays in getting answers from the management company, but these were always followed up by CJCH and we felt we had a team that were on our side. It was great to be able to speak to a real person and numerous times emails were followed up by a phone call to keep us updated. Special mention to Rebecca in the Blackwood office who was always calm and cheery! We would definitely recommend and would use their conveyancing services again.
