I placed order #CHRISB2972 with Christine Brayford on September 1, 2026, for a Vintage Inspired Sweater for $44.99.

Their tracking subsequently claimed that my order was “delivered” on September 14. I did not receive it.

I have surveillance cameras at my home and reviewed the activity for September 14. I have a record of the people who came to my property that day, and there was no delivery of this package.

I contacted Christine Brayford about the missing order. Their customer-service representative, Sophie, responded by offering me a full refund to my original payment method. I accepted that offer in writing and asked them to confirm when the $44.99 refund had been processed.

Instead of processing or confirming the refund they had just offered, I then received another response telling me that they do not accept returns.

There is nothing for me to return. I never received the merchandise.

This is not a situation where I received an item and changed my mind about it. The merchant’s tracking says delivered; I dispute that delivery; I have surveillance records supporting my position; the merchant offered me a full refund; I accepted it; and then the merchant changed its position.

I have disputed the transaction with my bank and retained the tracking information, surveillance records, order documentation, and the merchant’s written communications, including the written offer of a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Christine Brayford again. Consumers considering this website should review the company’s independent reviews and refund complaints before placing an order.

I received 2 shirts from this company. Poor quality and the fit do not match their sizing. The pictures and the products do not match. There were threads hanging everywhere and the material was scratchy and cheap. The prices are not. I wanted to return the shirts, and they said I could not even if their website states a return policy and there is a 100% guarantee stated on their website. I am still trying to get these returned.

I checked out this company prior to ordering. Said it was reputable. This is actually a company within a company and the Christine Brayford company is a scam for sure. I ordered a fitted knit sweater with embellishments. Received a screen printed fleece sweatshirt. When I tried to voice my disappointment I got a 20%, then 25%, and finally a 30% refund. They are 100% wrong. They do not have a return policy.

Complete bait and switch and DO NOT follow their written return policy on their website which says

They DO NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! They "research it" and always determine that they cannot refund me even when I showed them what their website said they are selling and what I received. Please see my product review because TrustPilot will not let me post a pic to this review.
It is the WORST product and company that will not attempt to accommate the customer or stand behind their product. I've bought shit products from Shein and Temu but they will always take them back if I'm not happy. Christine Brayford is not an AMERICAN company and they lie!

SCAM. They show on. thing and send a BS version that IS NOT that thing

Sept 05, 2026 "Sweaters" received. Items do no match pictures on website or description. Items received were not yarn/sweater material, bvt screen printed tee shirts, similar to a sports jersey
Sept 05, 2026 within a half hovr of package being delivered, I initiated an email with service at christinebrayford.com the email given for customer support. Support replied and said they do not do returns at this time, which is not what the website states, and they'd like to offer me a 20% refund and I can keep the 'sweaters'. I replied that I did not want a 20% refund for something that I wouldn't vse as a rag, and they offered me an exchange for equal valve or a 25% refund.
Company is a fraud.
Company is falsely advertising products.
Company is refvsing to follow published return policy.

I ordered a shirt that looked to be good quality with embroidered raised Irises and an embroidered neckline. What I received was a shirt of very poor quality material with an unappealing screen print of flowers. Their website said that they would return the item but when I contacted them to return I received an automated message saying that they did not do returns. I replied again and they did not reply. I was duped by an AI image.

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a pink linen embossed flowered T shirt. What I received in a nylon huge T shirt that looks nothing like the picture of what I purchased. I would never EVER do business with this company. While they report you can get a refund within 30 days they told me I couldn't. I even sent pictures of what I purchased and what I was sent. Horrible company and customer service

SCAM. Literal complete and total scam, DO NOT BUY. None of this is legit- half the products are just stolen photos from real artists and designers, and the other half of the listings/personal photos/about section is all AI generated. This is just another one of those many duplicate garbage rip-off sites. This seriously is despicable. Shame on the grifters running this site.

General online shopping safety tips:
- Pay with credit card instead of debit, you will have a better chance of being able to chargeback the funds through your bank.
- Look for reviews on the listing, especially reviews with photos. Absence of a review section is a HUGE red flag.
- Watch out for pushy or urgent pop-ups or banners on the website. The “almost sold out / low stock- BUY NOW BEFORE ITS GONE!!!” or a sale countdown timer with only a few hours left in bright flashy colors. These are big red flags, almost always false, and just used to pressure you into buying for fear of missing out on a good deal.
- If something seems fishy or off, it probably is. Trust your gut.

Absolute scam!!! They use actual pictures from other websites and then send the cheapest, most ridiculously awful clothing. When I requested a refund based on “false advertising”, I was told they would only offer me a 20% refund on my original purchase and I could keep the item. No thanks! The item is going in the trash where it belongs.

I ordered a beautiful dress from them, and they sent the wrong one: a regular, simple dress. Saying that they have slight variations. They sent a completely different dress. They can't refund the whole amount. Now I have just accepted their offer of 25% of my money back. Ordering ONLINE is now traumatizing and discouraging for me.

Completely false representation of products. A sweater shown with skeins of yarn resting nearby in the picture turned out to be a synthetic silk screened product that in no way qualifies as a sweater.
Trying to initiate a return is equally difficult. Their offer is keep the low budget polyester top and they will refund 20%. Not acceptable. Not only will I never ever wear the top they sent me, they claim “easy and hassle free returns/exchanges”. I’m still trying to get a satisfactory solution.

What I ordered was a “beautifully crafted” blue embroidered blouse with ruffled sleeves and lace. Picture was unique and beautiful. What I got was an ugly long sleeved sweat shirt that was PRINTED with a floral design and blue background. Absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered for almost $43.00. Too bad I can include pictures. You would laugh

Absolutely dispicable company! Scammed who sell crap! Beware

Don't shop with this company. The clothes advertised are NOTHING from what you'll receive. Shows clear 3D beautiful body hugging sweater tops but the actual item received are 2 sizes larger than what is advertised. Shipping time takes 5 to 6 wks to receive and completely overpriced. First and last time shopping with this company. NEVER AGAIN.

I've just received the 2-piece red/black animal print suit. It looks nothing like what online picture that I pinned over for the longest time. It's so bad I'm at a lack for words. If's trash. It's not even good polyester I've sent an E-mail to their address and made a comment and have requested a refund. I don't want to get a % of the cost like I see others have been offered, I want my full purchase total back less tax and this was free ship. I could kick myself because I did read reviews and there were NONE that were positive! I guess the suit I purchased was so beautiful, I thought I'd take a chance. Well I got the bate and switch on this. Christine Brayford is the worst!

Took forever to get merchandise ordered and when I received the clothes I can honestly
say I don’t think anyone would want to wear any articles they sent , nothing like the pictures of the clothing I ordered , they were literally pictures projected on nylon material, what a waste of my time and money . When I contacted them and told them how displeased I was they wouldnt give me a refund just 20% back and keep the clothes as if I would even want to own this garbage I just wanted my money returned . I contacted my credit card company and actually won a case against them and got my money returned

The shirt that they advertised online looks like an embroidered handmade a top It took 3 to 4 weeks to get it and when I finally did it's a printed t-shirt nothing like the picture!

I ordered a pair of vintage pants that looked beautiful on the website store but when I received them six weeks later I was shocked at the cheap material and the look. They look like they are something purchased from a $$ store!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, I should have read the reviews before I purchased the item. Don't buy ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! YOU WILL HATE IT! In addition I had to send messages three times to find out what was taking so long to receive my order! I am assuming I will have big issues with a refund also.

I normally don't do this sort of thing but I am so frustrated that I am going to warn everyone DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the online store CHRISTINE BRAYFORD! I feel so ripped off. I was looking for dresses online and came across the online clothing store Christine Brayford and found a beautiful dress, it was everything I was looking for. And it was on sale, 50% off! It was $86.00 marked down to $42.99, I bought it. My first red flag was, I started looking at the picture closer and noticed a weird looking, crumpled up AI hand on the model, then, there were no other pictures but the one ( I should have paid closer attention to begin with but I didn't) so I waited for my order and hoped for the best. After nearly waiting a month it finally came yesterday, it is absolutely unbelievable, the most God awful ugly sack of a dress I've ever seen.
I sent a email immediately and they did not want to give me a refund, they said they would send a replacement, I explained I didn't need a replacement of the same ugly dress, I wanted a refund. Then they offered a 25% refund and I could keep the dress. I said I will send the dress back ,I want a refund. They said I could have anything of the same value from their stock, I said no thank you. Then they offered a 30% refund which $12.90. So I promised them that I would post my experience with them on social media, report them to the Better Business Bureau and write scathing review. I know this was long but it was necessary to explain how frustrating, deceptive and unfair this company is. $42.99 is not a lot of money but it was my money. They literally lied and stoled my money.
