So ordered a shape wear dress for the Mkrs, it was a gift. While on holiday the parcel was delivered by royal mail but they left it in the green bin! On return i could not find the parcel and got in touch with CRVY.

I wrote an email to CRVY explanining what happened. CRVY were very understanding and responsive to my issue and arranged for a replacement. In my opinion this was exceptional customer service.

Hopefully the order will arrive and it fits well and we can look forward to our next order we place with CRVY!

The dress I received was gorgeous. Very supportive in all the right places. But it was a little small. I decided to return the dress & buy a bigger size. I didn’t have to return the dress and a new one was sent, free of charge. I was hugely impressed by the customer service & the dress is beautiful

I loved the dress, the amazing shape wear inside and the overall look and feel. Makes me look glamorous yet feel super comfortable. A killer combination!

I bought a couple of items which were too small. I am normally a 10 and i ordered medium. I requested a return, no questions asked and they are sending me a larger size. I do not have to return the original order.

fabulous body suits brown & black arrived super quick time, very comfortable exceptional quality, and fabric,slimming with no lines showing, under clothes.

AM TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM….HELP ITS SO FRUSTRATING. I JUST WANT A LABEL TO RETURN ITEM SURELY IT CANT B THAT DIFFICULT CAN IT??

Do not buy from them, appalling customer services. Ongoing since December last year. Products are terrible quality dont offer support at all and generally not nice either. Wanted to return asked for details of how to send back. Ignored then offered replacements and different things wanted absolutely nothing from them wanted to send dresses back, again loads of emails and messages sent. Promised a refund then didnt receive it. Eventually got my money back through revolut. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a dress on the 13th February and still not received it. This company is ordering from China, so there is no stock in the UK which means whether you receive the item is a good guess. It is 100% a scam! I will be contacting my bank on Monday morning for a charge back as this company has stolen my money. You're better off buying off Chinese retailer sites, this website is a SCAM!!!!!

Bestilte en kjole i str. M, da jeg normalt bruger denne størrelse. Efter modtagelse af kjolen prøvede jeg den og det viste sig at jeg skulle have taget et str. S. Jeg skrev en mail til CRVY og fik hurtigt svar på at de havde bestilt en ny kjole i str. S og gjort den klar til afsendelse. Ydermere kunne jeg få lov til at beholde den kjole jeg i forvejen havde modtaget.
Alt i alt en god oplevelse. God kvalitet i kjole, god, hurtig og venlig service.

I'm obsessed with this dress. Snatches me in and makes me feel a million dollars. No underwear needed. I just need somewhere to go to wear it.

I order my dress on 9th Jan, I still not recd it. I have emailed customer service numerous times, and only recd sort of generic type replies, in the end I have requested a full refund several times but still nothing, I have again emailed them to get refund of my money or ill have to either open a dispute through my bank. Giving them all the copies of correspondence's over the tne past nearly a month, or go to ECC, it not fair that I have to wait for my refund for so long and i don't understand why.I have given them a few days to respond to my last request for a refund then i will have to take this action. I will also come back on here with the results of this. hopfully it will be more positive last time.
We will see.

It was a hassle to get the return/refund.
It wasnt untill I threatened to inform the ECC that their practices of holding off on the return changed. They do communicate quickly and i did recieve what i orderd, it just didnt live up to the expectations i had -hence the return-.

Customer service is stellar! I ordered the wrong size and wanted to return but they said I could gift or donate the wrong size and they would send a new size totally free! This is amazing, thank you Joy. The quality is super soft, the shapewear is tricky to get on but that’s the point of it really! If it doesn’t do the job of shaping your curves then it’s not going to work! Fantastic company x

I ordered two dresses which arrived quite quickly and we're both nice quality, unfortunately the shapewear didn't fit my bust and they were a little long.

I contacted via email as there was no returns process on the website. I asked to send the dresses back for a full refund. I was told I could keep the dresses and have 50% back. No thank you I'd like a full refund please.

I was then told I could keep the dresses and have a 75% refund as this would be "easier for me" I stated I'm pretty sure a 100% refund would be equally as easy to issue and was sent a £10 gift card.

This is in breach of consumer rights and I am following the matter up. Don't order unless you're 100% sure of your size. I should have read previous reviews as I can see I'm not the only person who has had issues!

I received my dress from Crvy and whilst it was of good quality unfortunately it did not hold my stomach in as much as I thought it would. Initially it did take a bit of back and forth but Crvy did offer me a refund and their staff were pleasant and efficient throughout this process.

Bodysuits are great. Long enough in the body (I'm 5'9") and super soft.
The long dress looks good but the shapewear built in is not comfortable. I was expecting something like the bodysuit on the inside but it is a mesh type of fabric which is uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.
