Beautiful outfit, looked exactly as pictured on the website. Delivery was a lot faster than I expected too

Childrensalon have set the bar when it comes to product and customer service quality. I cannot fault their methods. I have experienced their wonderful customer service and been buying their products for many years. I have and always will recommend Childrensalon.

Childrensalon are beyond doubt the most ethical company I know. They take care of their customers, their workforce, local charities and the community (and ones further afield)
For four years now, Childrensalon have sponsored our charity Taylor Made Dreams, we enable terminally ill children to achieve their dreams when time is all too short. The company help support our families directly, volunteer services, engage staff with in house fundraising, they go above and beyond because they genuinely care! Top company who are ‘Raising the bar in CSR & ESG’.

The service at Childrens Salon is consistently excellent. Products always arrive very quickly and beautifully packaged. I have had to return or exchange a couple of things recently and was impressed that it is free and totally straightforward to send things back. The online chat team are great, really helpful. Highly recommend.

I Have been purchasing wonderful clothing for my daughter for over 3 years now and the delivery is always super swift, product quality is impeccable and most importantly the after service and customer care is outstanding... I wish they did adult clothing as well as they just offer such a brilliant service which you just can't match. I Would highly recommend them.

I have used ChildrenSalon for just over a year now and the speedy delivery service is what I love ❤️ all my orders have come within 48hours! The customer service team are all so lovely, when handling queries and questions.

Good website. Good brands. Terrible customer service.

Ordered Monday for use Friday. Was given an hour timeslot the same day of delivery, had plans on those times. Cant select a safe place, cant select a neighbour. TWICE I missed them. DPD say they will try 3 times, they didnt and sent the parcwl back.

Contacted customer services to complain that their delivery policy is unhelpful and DPD didnt mqke 3re delivery. I was told YOU SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED US SOONER.

So an outfit I ordered for today will be delivered next Wednesday. . . And thats all MY FAULT according to Childrensalon!!

Ordered a birthday gift, arrived the following day, beautifully wrapped and with a little packet of sweets. Would definitely use again.

Have used Childrensalon quite a few times now, for both my children and gifts for friends and family. Honestly can’t think of anywhere else you would get what they offer and the quality is worth the price.

Delivery has been straight forward as well. Sent parcels to Australia and it was there within a few days (which saved my blushes as I had forgotten a birthday!) and the gift box was well received.

Looking forward to my next purchase!

Ordered a £200 Stella mcartney outfit for my sons birthday recently and my parcel was delievred by DPD however the box was completely empty! Put in a complaint sent evidence of the empty box no items no receipt no return form inside the box nothing! Children’s salon stated all parcels were taped boxes secure however the box I received was not a taped box! Could of easily been opened from the side and put back together again perfectly! Opened an investigation to be told a week later simply in an email they have checked their cctv and the items were put in the box and DPD have found no evidence of missing items or parcel and case closed! Not one bit of evidence has been sent to me to back this up and you think I’m gonna accept no refund or items on a lost £200 order and let it lie? I want evidence ASAP you can’t just send an email stating case closed without one scrap of evidence to back it up and expect me to walk away from a £200 order and leave it be? I’ve reported to trading standards and the police ASAP as this if theft? My parcel was delievred by hand fine by DPD however the box was EMPTY this isn’t a £20 T-shirt it’s a £200 order a lot of money !!! I would urge you to send me all evidence ASAP instead of just closing my case and allowing this not to be taken further! Show me all evidence ASAP! I’m outraged I don’t need to lie about an item not being received I have ordered plenty of times and never had. A problem however is his is unacceptable to leave me with no refund and no explanation and no evidence ! apparently all items are continuously weighed through scanning were is the best evidence of this? You claim your boxes are tamper proof tape boxes howeve my box was not a tamper tape proof box jusy a normal small box that can easily be opened from either side so not secure enough for a £200 order and no evidence to back up any claims I’m just supposed to take your word for it! Absolutely not now I’m a £200 down discusting service

Hi. I haven't purchased anything from childrensalon as I am still hesitant with the quality of their products. Can somebody please tell me if they are really selling authentic luxury items or just copy? I also want to know if they also keep the item in its original box or do they transfer it to a box with their label on it? I know a website that is also selling luxury things for kids but they remove it from the original box. I don't think it's fair. I just believe that we will pay for that amount for the designer's brand not the shop's brand.

My trip was canceled try to return my son shirt the tag is still in the clear plastic Just not attach to shirt due to it being pack in the suit case but they said they can not

We love Childrensalon. I have just received several dresses, t-shirt and leggings for my daughter. Quality is amazing. Packaging is elegant.
I highly recommend shopping there.

Pictures are not exact the same as in real in terms of colours and fabric.

They don’t offer return service from Singapore, how inconvenient it is.

There are much better online stores!

I bought an outfit for my 3 month old daughter from the provider Carmelo Kids off of ChildrenSalon and it was beautiful yet when I washed the item the red of the dress turned the white lace pink. I’m not silly as I work in a laundrette I know how to do washing. I washed this item as stated, I washed it alone with one other item of a similar colour at 30 yet it still ruined my outfit. I believe the wrong information was provided on the washing label. Do not buy from Carmelo kids or if you do be aware that their washing information is not correct. ChildrenSalon are rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it I paid over £60 for this item and it has upset me as it was my daughter 1st Christmas outfit and it has been ruined due to wrong information.
The outcome provided was either they keep my outfit and give me a full refund or I get my outfit back and get 10% off the outfit which is not 10% off the outfit it’s just basically my post and packaging money back which means I got no discount on the outfit. I wanted my daughter‘s outfit back as although it is ruined I am going to get it repaired professionally by getting the lace replaced as it is still her 1st Christmas outfit and is sentimental to me. I believe I should have received a full refund so the money for the refund could have covered the repairs to it I’m having to make especially considering this was a fault on there end not putting the correct information in the label. Children Salon claim that I could have the refund providing they keep the outfit which doesn’t make sense as they wanted me to send the outfit in for investigation (not to keep) in the first place yet when they had the outfit and did the investigation the outcome was I could of had a refund so why do they have to keep the outfit? Apparently they need proof of a returns yet they had the pictures, they had my emails, they had the outfit there and then why couldn’t they just send it back and provide the refund. So ridiculous. I wouldn’t have sent the outfit in for investigation if I knew their intention was to keep it if I wanted a refund so they put in a no win situation. I believe that they only gave me the option of keeping the outfit or the refund as they knew how much the outfit meant to me, ruined or not and knew that I wouldnt take the refund option. So now I’m having to pay more money than the outfit itself to get it repaired. I am disgusted by children salon. I have been reading there responses to other people’s reviews and I must say they do like to stick together and try to cover themselves with the lies of CCTV and what not, I honestly will not be shopping at this provider ever again and I will be writing a review and telling people of my situation with them and warning them to never shop here. It’s a high end outlet yet they want to con and mug off people like me who is a single mum and working in a laundrette on low income. I saved up for a long time for this outfit and all I got was rude attitude and unfair options which left me with just a silly 10% discount which only covered my post and packaging. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Great service and amazing collection of baby and children’s clothes. Always my go to online shop for my grandchildren. Prompt deliveries and packaged beautifully😕. Their online staff are so accommodating and helpful. Thoroughly recommend 👍

I order from them 3 yers now for my niece to Germany 2times a year birthday and Christmas and the clothes shoes coat sunglasses bag everything it’s so beautiful 🤩 and the delivery so fast I don’t have any issues with them the customer service very helpful so sweet from the phone and text thanks from New York 🙏❤️

Great items, speedy delivery and returns uncomplicated and fully refunded. I read some of the reviews below and took a video of the returns as I packed them just in case. This was not needed but have me leave of mind. Customer service very good too.
