Very fast, all of see very well, i hope that all be a high quality

A wonderful assortment of clothing for summer wear.
Materials used are so much better than synthetics offered by other suppliers.
Prices are a bit on the high side but if the quality is good then probably worth costs.
Looking forward to receiving garments.

The item I received is significantly different from what was advertised on your website. The product shown was embroidered, but the item delivered is a low-quality printed version and does not match the description or images.

This is considered misleading and unacceptable.

Please process a full refund immediately. I have attached photo evidence for your reference.

If I do not receive a response within 3–5 business days, I will escalate this case through my payment provider.

I wish I had come here before ordering. The prices seemed low compared to the quality of the photos online, so I was cautious. And when the shipment tracker showed China as the origin, I got very worried.

The shirt quality is very bad. They're all the same material, nylon or polyester, no matter what the shirt description says online.

Very uncomfortable, super cheap-looking. Most of the shirts I ordered are labeled as linen shirts in the online product title, or else as a high-cotton blend.

There is no linen in these shirts, and I don't think any cotton either.

What a disappointment!

The product they show on their website is NOTHING like what they actually send. Embroidery is shown online, but when received, the pattern is just printed on and very badly and pixelated at that. Trying to make a return is a continual runaround of trying to jump through new hoops with each communication.

False.advertising. product is not as advertised. Poly , not linen, terribly blurry printed . No embroidery. Not embroidered.

Well I haven't tried it on yet. See when it gets here? Would like to see a short kimono.

My experience with Rococity was extremely disappointing. The products were misleadingly advertised—items described as embroidered were simply poorly printed designs. The material quality was very low, and overall the products looked nothing like what was shown online. I would not recommend this company.

The fabric is disgusting. The print looks like I’ve printed it off my home computer and enlarged it so it’s the poorest of quality.

If there’s a possibility to give negative ratings, i would have given that. The quality is so bad. I wouldn’t recommend buying their products

Terrible service. I bought three shirts and they were labeled 4xl but they were at best a 2xl in actual size & completely unwearable.
I just needed to change to the correct size or get a refund. Reached out multiple times with delay tactic response’s each time … so now stuck with shirts I cannot wear and since i tried in good faith to work with them for an exchange or return beyond 30 days of them stalling, i was unable to file a PayPal claim since it was beyond 30 days…100% scam company BEWARE! Still unresolved and have no expectations it will be resolved at all.
I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from them.

This is my third or fourth purchase. Everything so far has been beyond expectation. Fit has been perfect. I get many compliments on the designs and colour. Quality is excellent. I have recommended to my friends. I live currently in mexico and choice is sparse. I am a Canadian and will continue to buy when I return

Scam. I ordered a linen shirt with embroidery, but there sent me the cheapest fabric with printed designs. The pictures in the advertisement are not the actual textiles you receive.
