Quick delivery and a really engaging entertaining toy for our cat. Charges really quickly too.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who is a fur-mom and a student. The Cheerble Ball has provided a distraction for her to actually get some work done while at the same time keeping her fur-baby entertained so as to not distract her. With the amount of runtime available, the Cheerble is more than able to keep your precious fur-baby occupied while you do your stuff. I highly recommend this product as a gift or for yourself.

Great Cheerble experience from the start of the buying process (fast response by email when I needed help and a great black friday discount) till the actual products arrived, a lot quicker than promised online. I bought 2 kitty spring combo's and 2 icecream balls. I got a brush for free (I was not able to buy this due to regional supply differences). The drinking device was easy to assemble but on one of the them the water doesn't easily flow through. This is easily remedied by unclicking and reclicking the water reservoir. The icecream balls are fantastic, although my cats needed some time to get used to the noise and movements. They are quickly charged (cable is incuded, charger is not). I would have given 5 stars if all the items had come in one package (they came in 2 separate packages delivered at different days). I don't know the logistics behind this but I think it would have been more environmental friendly to send everything in one package.

My 5 month old rottie loves to chase things, and this wicked ball is no exception. It's great way to tire him out when I'm already tired.

My cat also loves the board game and the candy brush.

I am sorry I do not have a camera. I am a 73 yo female who only has a landline and a computer without a camera. My 16-year-old cat went crazy when I put this thing on his neck and chased that dot until he could no longer move. He has always refused to lower himself to chase a red dot before. So much fun to watch.

Ball is okay, my dog doesn't really play with it at all. Does it roll and shake? Yes, but needs to be on a smooth surface to work properly. He liked it for about an hour and lost interest. The construction isn't great, the plastic ring was chewed off in about 5 minutes and got it open after maybe 15. I can see this being more appealing for cats. Definitely not made for rough play.

This company has absolutely appalling customer service! I ordered one of their cat toy products which was not delivered…when I called to check they simply told me it has nothing to do with them anymore once they hand it over to the courier company….now I’m left out of pocket and with no item….ridiculous

Well, so far my dachshund is ambivalent about it...in the weiner world, that is AWESOME!!! He liked the p-nut butter I put on it, and now it actually got his ears to perk. In about 2 years (lol) he will be playing with it. For that reason, I bought 3 more!
