Charnwood Machinery Ltd Anmeldelser

The four pronged drive is superbly designed and manufactured, ideal for when a stub centre doesn’t drive well enough.
The standard of machining is superior to some of the other pronged drives available. At a competitive cost the product was well packaged, arrived undamaged and in a good time frame. A must when a positive drive is essential.

Good price, good product and good service.

My Dust extractor stopped switching off automatically, and with AI help, I self diagnosed PCB problem, got one within 3 days on your website and I was back in action 24 hours later! No fuss, No drama, that's what I like!

All arrived on time, blade setting jig was best price I could find and very happy with it.

Charnwood items are always very good value and all are well engineered

Excellent service quality product and quick delivery

A great chat with Charlie at a trade event. I already knew what I wanted to look at and was guided accordingly. The delivery was as promised. Some further e-mails to Charnwood have always been answered promptly. Great products especially for the price

After I placed the order a pleasant lady rang me to arrange delivery. No hassle....and you felt a valued customer. The machine duly arrived on time well packed and placed in the position I requested. Good service.

Fast delivery of a new button for my cement mixer

Parts arrived quickly and were exactly as ordered

Excellent fast delivery from Charnwood.
They are a quality supplier.

This company are great to deal with, knowledge and helpful. Lovely team. I have almost a whole Charnwood setup in my workshop and I’m overall really pleased with the machines

Order received as requested. Accurate and am testing the oil as a rust preventative.

I can only give 3 stars due to the 3 issues I had with my machine.
First, I ordered a bundle deal and only received the machine with out the extra items. I can accept that as human error and the extra items were dispatched promptly.
Second, while assembling the machine I found one of the guide bearings was missing, it hadn't fallen out in transit and wasn't in the box. Again new parts sent but couldn't use it over the Easter break.
Third, once I'd fitted the missing bearing and tried to start the machine it wouldn't run. Checked the fuse, plug, etc. then checked the safety switches on the door. Turns out the top door wasn't engaging the switch and I had to manually manipulate it to make it contact properly.
My first few cuts seem accurate and straight but the poor QA means I can only give 3 stars. Surprising for a company of Charnwood's reputation.

Delivery on time and good quality product

Made an online order for a drum sander on the Monday, had a call from Charnwood on Tuesday, asking when I wanted delivery. Agreed delivery on the Thursday. Delivered on the Thursday, wow. Solid machine, 5 years warranty. Well done Charnwood. I know where I will be shopping for tools and machinery from now on.

Bought a significant purchase from Charnwood, the process on their website was clean and straightforward. Purchased on a Sat and I got a lovely call confirming the order and arranging a pallet delivery for my choice of dates - first one being that Wednesday. Perfectly delivered on the Wednesday (200kg machine). Could not fault them once! Perfect transaction and lovely machine!

Charnwood are always good. Easy to order quick delivery ... very happy
