Excellent product. A must-have in your house. Makes clearing leaves and drying your car much easier.

I did quite a bit of research when I was looking for a small blower. After looking at several different units I decided to go with Vortexhaus because it seemed like the best choice for me. Indeed I was very happy with the Vortex but had an issue with it after a few uses. I contacted the company and within a few day I received a replacement. Would definitely recommend Vortexhaus if you are looking for a small but powerful unit. Jim S

I researched Jet Blowers for over a month before I decided that Vortex Haus was probably the best one out there. I contacted their customer service twice and both times I received an answer to my concerns almost immediately. Upon receiving my blower, I was amazed at the small size, exceptional quality and the amount of wind speed it created. It certainly isn't the cheapest Jet Blower out there but it is certainly the best.

Build quality is very good. Super light weight so easy to use with 1 hand.
We use the Vortex Haus to blow dry the motorbikes after washing them. This product makes very easy work of that. The blower produces a huge amount of wind force which is unbelievable from a hand held device. Also very handy for blowing the dust etc out of the Motorhome rather than brushing and risking scratching the floor.

I had an issue with the blower however Vortex Haus was so responsive and paid attention to my concern. After a few questions, they sent me out a replacement blower. I was very impressed with their customer service

I was genuinely excited to use my new Vortx Haus blower, but that excitement was short-lived. The unit failed after the very first use — not after months of wear, not after some accident. First. Use.
I immediately contacted customer service and did everything right: reached out promptly, explained the issue in detail, and even provided photos documenting the defect. What did they do with all of that? They shipped me a box of parts and essentially told me to fix it myself.
I'm sorry — I bought a finished product, not a DIY kit. I'm not a repair technician, and I shouldn't have to become one to use something I just purchased. If the unit is defective out of the gate, the solution should be a replacement or a refund, not a parts shipment and a "good luck."
The whole experience screams that the company knows there's a quality control problem and has decided that the customer's time and labor are acceptable substitutes for actually standing behind their product. Zero accountability, zero effort, and complete disregard for the customer's time.
Save yourself the frustration — look elsewhere

Great Customer Service I had a problem with the blower motor and they shipped out a rep l cement right away...

I had an issue with the blower breaking and it was replaced straight away , the performance of the device is fantastic and the correspondance and communication of this company is a1 . Their product is quality and more powerful and effective than all the others I’ve tried .

I had a wonderful experience with this company -I purchased one of their Vortex Turbo Jet Double Blow V2 units and loved it - somehow one of the inner blades broke and I contacted them. They sent me a replacement inner motor assembly to replace but I had extreme difficulty making the switch as it involved soldering the new connections and however i did it, the motor ran in reverse. I communicated with Diane who was incredible and in the end they sent me a brans new replacement unit -Excellent communication, response and very helpful

The product is very good but the aftercare customer service is amazing
