Traditional Professional Business
Communication with the installation team was clear and arrived on the agreed date/time. They were friendly and on arrival briefed us on the removal of the old stove and flue and installation of the replacement.
They completed the work including ensuring the site was cleaned, removing all the old components and demonstrated operation of the stove and answered our queries.
The follow up process for warranty and HETAS registration was also straight forward.
I would highly recommend Shropshire Stoves for their work ethic and skill sets.

Superb Service
After nearly 20 years service my stove developed a fault in the grate riddling system, owing to a snapped split pin. The staff could not have been more helpful providing diagrams and information to enable me to locate, remove and replace the pin and washer.
Failure of one 10p part is not a bad record for nearly 20 years!

Quality log burners
We had 2 log burners from Charmwood, the country 4 blue and the Cranmore 3.
Both are stunning. Great quality. We are very happy with them
Plus they are a British company. Support local 👍
