The bad reviews are total lies !!! Customer service was on point so was my order and delivery. Shoes perfect . I will never trust trustpilot reviews again!! Liars had me so paranoid for no reason and doing my own research found the bad reviews came from the same ip address . All of them!!!!! Idiot !!!!

Bought shoes from here and a week later they cancel my order because they’re out of stock. Why even let me order the shoes in the first place. Keep track of your inventory y’all customer service trash please don’t shop here.

I ordered a shirt and was suppose to get it the same day because I did in store pickup. Their website is false advertisement. I never got an email to pick up, the store is closed, and I don’t have the shirt. I will not be doing business with them anymore. I tried to cancel the order and the rep said I couldn’t cancel because it was submitted. This store is horrible, no wonder they are all closing down.

They have the worst customer service. The reps that answer the phones are very unprofessional and not nice people. They bounce you around from person to person telling you a different story every time. They have forever lost a customer and I will never shop with Champs again.

Bought Jordans and waited 2 weeks for them to ship. They shipped to the wrong address and told me through live chat that there's nothing they can do. Then they ended the chat with no resolution. Please believe me when I say this a brick & mortar business that is just digging its own grave even deeper. I will be staying on GOAT and StockX.

From the app, to the customer service is absolutely trash! I’m so frustrated how a company can be so profitable in sales but treats the customer like the enemy. I wish I could do business else where but am forced to b/c of the city I reside in.

My item never shipped and I got an email saying sorry please be patient it’s taking longer than expected... a month later I contacted them and they said they can’t do anything for me because I waited too long. No refund, no replacement, no investigation, nothing. She said “too bad”. Christmas shopping was hard as is during a pandemic, but now they stole $100 for one of what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Thanks for nothing.

Because Champs Sports is owned by Foot Locker, Inc., I researched Foot Locker to understand their philosophy, and in doing so discovered that CEO Richard Johnson launched a sales campaign targeted at kids and defined it as "a purpose of empowering and inspiring youth culture."

Although their prices are quite high, I've purchased a lot of shoes from Champs for my young kids over the past few years.

This complaint is solely about the inappropriate music we heard playing loudly over the Champs intercom during our shopping visit where the song lyrics liberally dropped F-bombs and MF-bombs. Keep in mind kids have to enter Champs stores to try on shoes so parents can't just leave them at home. Plus, this store is located in a mall next to other merchandisers where families also shop.

When I complained to the checkout person, she said "It doesn't bother me." When I asked the manager about the music, he said "Corporate controls the music programming".

What a shame that CEO Richard Johnson feels his higher purpose includes using profanity to "empower and inspire" impressionable children. A 2019 Forbes magazine article ends with a Johnson quote, "We have to really think about how we honestly put the customer at the center of everything we do and say, 'Hey, we get it.'"

No Richard, you really don't.

Received the wrong order, called customer service and they told me I would have to drop by the store to return the wrong order they shipped. I asked for a refund and got no answer, just told that I had to return the incorrect shoes to their store. It’s covid and they want me to go into the store to fix a mistake they made? Ridiculous, terrible customer service. Don’t shop here, literally go anywhere else

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the site makes you they deserve none the champs at the galleria mall so unprofessional all on our backs like we gone steal like give us our space to shop you supposed to be 6feet remember they got nasty ass attitudes we where looking for something to wear for a candle light after a tragic death in our family the last thing we wanted was these employees all on our back not even letting us decide what we are getting and they’re funky attitudes it’s not my fought you work at a shoe store and you unhappy I’m Disgusted!!!!

This has been a nightmare!!!!! I ordered from Champs because they had the option of receiving the shoes I bought in 2 days at my local store. So I proceeded to complete my purchase. 2 days pass by and nothing never received my package. When i track it, UPS says theirs an issue with the package. So I proceeded to call Champs, but their phone number does not work! Afterward I went to my local store and they said they couldn't help me. My last option was to call UPS, so when i call they tell me that they never received a commercial invoice from the sender and without that the package wont be released, he says that usually happens with Champs. UPS did not even have the ship to address. So great...this was a christmas gift and I'm not going to have it for christmas and don't know if ill ever receive it after paying in full. BTW they don't respond not even through email. So I have no clue how i am getting my refund. Please beware don't buy from Champs online.

Horrible services.. for online purchases anyways. I placed a pick up in store order which was available to be pick up with 24 hours for Christmas gifts. And my order was cancelled without my knowledge.. I waited 72 hours and then I was notified of the changes if cancellation .. imagine going to look for a Christmas gift near Christmas..

Nonexistent customer service. Delivery was estimated at 5 days. 3 days in I receive a message reading "Delivery is taking longer than expected but don't worry, you will still receive your order." Well, the point is not that I receive my order, the point is that customers receive their order ON TIME. Secondly, I tried tracking the order with the order number they provided and nothing comes up. I am not a dunce so I'm inputting the information correctly. This tells me that 4 days in they haven't even begun to process it. I tried contacting them and their bot is just as bad as this company. I called and couldn't get through to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Champs Sports.

If I could of gave them a ZERO I would have! I placed an order 30 minutes ago and they said they can’t cancel it. First the site said the shoes were available at the store so I placed the order thinking I could pick them up today, tomorrow or at least by Christmas. Not the case I was told I’d just have to wait for my order to arrive. NEVER WILL I ORDE OR BUY FROM CHAMPS.

Y’all sent me some Jordan 4s that had the strings extremely tight. No crease guard in them. Like I’m totally unsatisfied with them. Y’all have to do better

The app freezes when I’m trying to lock my reservation for my shoes and it’s been like this for the last 3 releases that I been trying to get this is very upsetting for someone who is a sneaker head n all I’m trying to do is win my shoe n purchase y’all seriously need to fix this problem this is beyond upsetting n frustrating

So Upset I ordered two pairs of sneakers never received them and they denied me for money back or replace an item I will not be shopping here anymore worse customer service ever
