If I could give zero I would and stupidly didn’t read reviews before purchasing trainers.
For a well known trainer brand their customer service is diabolical. I returned my trainers promptly (within the same week) as they didn’t fit. My return is still sat with them, received back on 27th March. Live chat is dreadful in where one person tells you 14 days the next 4 weeks! I have waited three weeks and hasn’t even been processed yet which is unacceptable, my tracking states they have received it. The email address it gives you they don’t respond and even on social media I have also contacted.
They have said if no refund my next week they will consider parcel lost and issue refund. So are they saying it is lost or just not bothering?
I can see someone has made a formal complaint below- does anyone know how to do this please?

Ho contatto il servizio ma come dicono anche altre recensioni i danni o difetti non vengono ripagati, rimborsati nulla! Non sembra affar loro. Per quello che costano mi aspettavo di meglio o per lo meno una paggiore durata nel tempo

Absolutely awful!!!! I would never buy from them again! I ordered two pairs of trainers, they chose Evri as the courier, the box containing both items was left outside and then stolen. When I reported this to Saucony I didn't even receive a response! After 9 days I had to chase them up on the live chat at which point they confirmed they had received my emails but hadn't responded and that it was going to be another 3 days until they could email the form for me to confirm the items as stolen! To give a customer no response at all when they report items stolen is poor to say the least, then to leave them out of pocket for at least two weeks. At the time of writing this review it has been 9 days and I still don't have the form let alone a refund and I have no way of being sure I'll even received one! Avoid!!!

Quality is disappearing bit by bit
Currently, the last two years, my shoes have fallen apart within six months/ mesh and glue separation / foam breaking off , the impact is that I spend twice as much on shoes, huge, huge fan for many years over 20 years of running in your shoes, concerned that now I will have to buy multiple to keep up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The WORST customer service. They delivered my package to the wrong house and opened an “investigation”, had to call multiple times to get a refund. No offer to resend item or offer a discount on next order or frankly even an apology. Super rude on the phone considering this is not the customer fault at all. Never ever ordering from them again!
Incompetent at the least
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid.
I ordered multiple pairs of shoes for a run club. Half my order was returned in transit by Saucony themselves — never even reached me. The half that did arrive I returned shortly after, due to the appalling experience overall. Tracked delivery confirms it was received.
That was over 20 days ago. I still have no refund.
Apparently both parts of my order were flagged by their fraud prevention team — for a legitimate purchase. This triggers a separate 20 working day process that they don't tell you about upfront, completely bypassing their advertised 14-day return policy.
Since then:
- Emails go unanswered or receive generic non-responses
- Advisors make commitments they don't follow through on
- A live chat agent terminated the session when I asked for a simple update
- I have proof of delivery of my return and still cannot get confirmation it has been processed
I have now submitted a formal complaint (Case 05018929, Order W1090602831) and will no be seeking legal action.
I will commit to posting all over there socials unti this matter is resolved.
This company currently sits at 1 star on Trustpilot. Having dealt with them first hand, I completely understand why. There is no accountability, no follow-through, and no regard for the customer once they have your money.
Stay clear of this company
This company is an absolute joke, I ordered shoes they shipped then asked ever to return them back to them mid transit. I’ve been waiting over 14 days contacting numerous times with no response and no refund stay clear of this company!

No email from them to say they’ve received them back, but I know full well they have
Luckily I paid by Klarna, so i won’t be paying for trainers I don’t want, so it looks like I will have to get Klarna involved, as I have the tracking from the post office still etc
Also, there communication is non existent ..

I ordered a pair of women’s size 6 1/2…
I ordered a pair of women’s size 6 1/2 walking shoes on January 14 of this year. That was my second time in a year to try to order a pair of shoes through Saucony. Both times I was sent a man’s size 8, and both times they were returned. I tried to talk to someone in customer service who made me feel like a stupid idiot because she said I ordered a unisex shoe and I clearly did not. I’ve been wearing sock and eat for 11 years and I’m not sure I’ll ever order again. I have switched to a Brooks and I’ll be honest. I’m not nearly as pleased as I have always been with Saucony in the poorest customer service relations I’ve ever seen.
Shadow 6000 Red suede toe NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Purchased a pair of Shadow 6000 in Red trim on white. Wore the trainers out on a dry day with wet floor from previous light showers. And the red suede toe bled through onto the white. In my mind this made the trainers unfit for everyday purpose.
The response from Saucony customer service suggested that I had used the shoes in an unusual manner, and that they were not built for wet conditions. Light rain in the uk is a given.

Commande d’une paire de chaussures le 21 janvier retournée fin janvier 2026 pour erreur de taille et nous avons reçu un mail nous disant que nous avions renvoyé des chaussures usagées et qui ne sont pas de leur marque ! C’est lunaire ! Ce sont des MENTEURS! A FUIR ! 144€ retenus ! Belle arnarque !
Trato al cliente demencial, insufrible y ineficiente.
Realizó el pedido de un artículo en stock aplicando un código descuento. Tras la compra, en ese mismo momento la web se mantenía con stock para comprar más artículos en caso de así haberlo querido. Tras varios días, me llega un correo cancelando el pedido sin ningún motivo o explicación. Trato de ponerme en contacto con su servicio de atención al cliente en más de cinco ocasiones durante los siguientes días sin recibir ningún tipo de respuesta. Pasadas dos semanas me contestan, sin darme una solución eficiente (reactivar el pedido), proponiéndome únicamente un contigo de descuento (que ya tenía antes y aplique a esta compra) para realizar en mi siguiente compra. En definitiva, son una marca mediocre sin capacidad para cometí con grandes como Nike, New Balance o Adidas.. por una vez habían conseguido llamar mi atención y sinceramente, su producto es mediocre y su atención al cliente es peor todavía. Una marca de la que huir siempre.

Ordered directly from the website thinking it was the most trustworthy place. Product hasn’t arrived and money taken. Customer service incredibly hard to contact - no confirmation of refund. Worst customer service ever.
Service client déplorable
Commande effectuée au tout début décembre. Demande de retour le 9 décembre à ce jour au 21 janvier. Aucun retour. Malgré les nombreux mails que j’ai envoyé, j’ai même contacté le directeur commercial sur Linkedin qui m’a dit qu’ils allaient s’en occuper mais toujours rien une catastrophe. C’est vraiment inadmissible pour une telle marque.
Do not buy online - they use Evri. Enough said
TBH I can't yet comment on quality of shoe (which I managed to source in the end directly from a retailer). But the logistics with (N)Evri were non existant. I called the London flagship store and they said "yes, we get so many complaints, that is why trustpilot is so low, no idea why we still use Evri". TBH I don't understand why any online retailer would touch Evri - so damaging for the brand.
Note: Saucony are refunding, no sign of any contrition/apology though
