I’m already waiting longer then 1 month and still didn’t recieve anything from my order. When I mail them they say it was out of stock and that I have to wait a week longer I said I want my money back but they don’t give it back and tell me to wait

I order the 19th of march and they are deleying de shipping, y contacted with them previously and they told me that the products are Out of stock and they will restock de products (but, in their website there are not marked like out of stock btw), i hope they shipping my order and not getting scammed
But if they not send me anything i will sue them
I don't have any problem to wait
But They have to send me my order
Because i spent a lot of money

After receiving my order, XXL clothes were smaller than size S clothes (no joke)

So I ask for a refund, and they don't want and offer me a 30% discount and to buy another one.

In addition, as they are in China, the return is more expensive than the product itself, so do not be naive, trust the opinions of this site.

Après avoir reçu ma commande, les habits XXL étaient plus petits que des habits taille S (sans blague)
Donc je demande un remboursement, et ils veulent pas et me propose 30% de réduction et de re acheter un autre.
De plus comme ils sont en Chine, le retour est plus cher que le produit en lui même, donc soyez pas naïf, faites confiance aux avis de ce site.

This Supersuits brand looks amazing but really is very deceiving. The website clearly states 14 days money-back guarantee. First they held my order without any update until I messaged - they responded saying the item 1/4 which I selected is out of stock. They advised to provide another item of choice or just wait. I choose another item provided a screenshot of the item and size. Once it arrived they gave me WRONG SIZE for 3 out of 4 items. I emailed - could i please get a return or refund they said sorry - "but we can offer 30% off your next order" this business purely money hungry - and have not responded back ever since. PLEASE DONT BUY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Ho ordinato un pacco e il 24 febbraio mi è arrivata una mail che diceva che il pacco fosse in giacenza a San Lazzaro ma ora è stato rinviato al mittente. Ho scritto una mail ieri per sapere quando potrebbero re inviarmi il pacco e ancora non hanno risposto, ho pagato 60 € e voglio sapere dov’è il mio pacco!!!

As many have explained on here. These guys excel in deception tactics. They’re constantly offering people items not in stock and not offering refunds. Attempted to collect my money back to nothing being instock but showing stocked on website. Support denied my request for refund. So now I am going to sue them for false advertising. If anyone needs help paying for an attorney, please reach out.

Although my order took a month total to arrive, it was all worth it in the end. The size was perfect and the quality is both good and long-lasting. Perfect for my workouts. Mental note to order a month early if you plan on getting anything.

Honestly, for now, it's one of the worst shops I have ever encountered. I placed my order on January 29th, and until now, it hasn't been shipped—no tracking number, nothing. I reached out after a while, and the support replies were fast, but they told me that both items were out of stock. I reached out again, and now only one item is still out of stock. That would have been fine if that information had been communicated somehow, but the products aren't even marked as "out of stock" on their website.

Ik heb 3 weken geleden een bestelling geplaatst. Ze beweren op hun site dat het 3-7 werkdagen duurt tegen dat het zou worden geleverd. We weten nog altijd niets 3 weken later, mails worden genegeerd, nog altijd geen datum van wanneer het zou aankomen. Ik vraag me af of de bestelling van 100 euro ooit zal aankomen...

Seriously, avoid this place if you know what's good for you. The quality of their stuff is really disappointing, not worth the money at all. On top of that, their customer service is practically non-existent and super unhelpful. Be prepared for a seriously long wait for anything, whether it's shipping or getting a response. Just a truly awful experience all around, save yourself the headache!

Customer service is 0/10. Annoying AI responses that don't help you at all. Ordered in December and it is now February with no update at all on the tracking. Asked for a refund and all they say is to "wait for the item". Skip these guys when you see an ad from them. I can order something from aliexpress and still have it arrive than my order from Super suits from December. Overall these guys will RUN YOUR BANDS, AKA, take your money and RUN.

Order placed Jan 12. Website said 7–10 business day delivery.

The item was later declared OUT OF STOCK only after I reached out, so I agreed to a replacement.

The replacement was also out of stock, again, only notified after I reached out.

I was then told the order would ship soon because they “restocked”.

Nearly a month later, no tracking number has EVER been provided.

The support email was also missing at one point, the address didn’t exist on gmail.

Meanwhile, they send me an email requesting reviews.

They will lie about shipping times, restock, and refund times.

They cycle through “We will replace youe order” “We restocked” “Its out of stock” forever.

Moreover, despite the fact that they promised 14 day money back guarantee, they will flat out refuse a refund after 1 month of email back and fourth.

Broad daylight scam.

Purtroppo per recensire ho dovuto inserire la stella, nemmeno quella di meritano. Sono stata presa in giro. Ordine fatto! aspetto qualche giorno ma controllando no riuscivo a tracciare il pacco. Insospettita scrivo e con tutta calma, rispondono dicendo che il prodotto è esaurito.. quindi se non cercavo io, nessuno mi avrebbe mai avvisato? Così dico che devono rimborsare immediatamente e mi propongono un cambio di prodotto dello stesso importo, accetto e confermo il cambio.. da lì sono spariti!! Così mi decido di scrivergli di pugno dicendo che se non avessi ricevuto risposta entro le 24h avrei recensito negativamente tutti i social e dí aprire un disconoscimento con il processo di chargeback. Adesso attendo! I soldi ormai li ho persi, ma loro hanno acquisito una cliente fastidiosa perché oltre a commettere tutti i loro social si beccano una bella multa

Do not buy from this company, they use ai to make their ads. When the clothes do come they are of extremely poor quality and when you ask for a refund they ghost you. My clothes took 2 months to ship and half my order didn’t even come in.

Supersuits sold items that were not actually in stock. My original order could not be delivered, and even the specific replacement item I selected was also unavailable.

Despite being unable to fulfill the order in any form, the company refuses to issue an immediate full refund and instead tries to push alternative solutions. This is unacceptable and violates basic consumer rights, when a seller cannot deliver, a refund is mandatory.

Selling unavailable products and then making the refund process difficult is misleading and feels like a scam. Friendly emails do not change the facts.
I strongly warn others to avoid ordering here.
