Very good service. I ordered my cat tree on the Monday and recieved it on the Thursday. Part of my order wasn't correct it should have had two hammocks but I recieved one hammock and a flat platform instead of the hammock. I spoke to customer service. Sent a picture of what I had recieved and that same day they sent out another hammock. Very pleased with this service. Would highly recommend

no follow up to my order. apparently the Klarna payment system was at fault. an email telling me this would have been useful. When got fed up of waiting, bearing in mind I had confirmation of order so I wasn’t aware there was an issue I emailed them and received a reply saying my order had now been cancelled!!

may cost a lot but it's worth the money my three cats love it, well balanced, solid tree that dosen't fall over when the three large cats are on one side of it.

Lovely cat tree and very good quality, however the instructions have parts in letters and the parts are stickered with numbers so this did not tie up. Thankfully I managed to build it in the end but a couple of screws were also missing. Due to the emergency of a half built giant cat tree, I sourced the missing screws locally. Not something we expected for a £400 cat tree unfortunately.

Arrived in less that a week to UK. Easy to put together and very sturdy. We purchased a blackline one. Great quality. Our cat loves it.

We ordered the Maine Coon cat tree, the order arrived quicker than expected and well packaged. When we sized up our order we purchased the one closest to our height requirement. Unfortunately when we installed the tree we found it has two locking wing nuts that stop it winding down to its lowest height. As the trees have a large range of adjustment its better to order the smaller tree and then expand the top part to fill the gap. After explaining this, I was sent a smaller section and it now fits perfectly. Customer service was very helpful and very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

There was one issue with one item being damaged. I contacted the place in the morning just to get a reply before I even blinked. Soon after I had a replacement sent over.

Great product and a very efficient ordering and payment process. Very pleased, especially as delivery was also free on the quite large item. I bought the cleverly disguised litter tray/flower pot. Sadly all 3 of my cats love it, its their favourite location now, and I'm never done cleaning it!!
