Searching for a casket outside of the funeral home selection was a hard task (considering quality and especially delivery time frame due to the pandemic) but Joe from the casket emporium help relieve much of the stress regarding it. Joe has helped us to get the same casket with half of the price quoted by the funeral home. He also helped us to ensure the vault size ordered by the funeral home would fit the casket. Although we found Joe a few days before the burial, he managed to deliver the casket the next day to meet our schedule need. My Mother-in-law passed unexpectedly and she did not have life insurance or much savings. I called Joe at Batesville Caskets- Casket Emporium to check on a casket I was considering for my Pre- planning funeral arrangements. I had already purchased a crept and needed a casket to fit “exactly”. Joe was kind enough to send me measurements and pictures. This was tremendously helpful because the casket I had looked into, originally, would have been a inch too big!! Then, I text Joe back with another smaller casket and it would fit perfectly!! Joe was honest, caring, and most of all sincere! I shall tell all of my friends and acquaintances about how much I trust the word of this man!! Thank you!!

My family and I were so happy with the casket we purchased from Joe at Casket Emporium, for our beloved Father. It was black on black, with steel, layered with black leather inside. Even the funeral director told us that in all the 20+ years he’s been in the business, he had never seen such a breathtaking casket. We were all in awe with its design, beauty and class. FOUND CASKET EMPORIUM WITH A BEAUTIFUL WHITE & GOLD CASKET TRIMMED IN GOLD WITH PINK BLANKET. SPOKE TO JOE ON MONDAY APRIL 26TH IT ARRIVED THURSDAY APRIL 29TH AS HE PROMISED PACKAGEING WAS EXCELLENT THE CASKET WAS BEAUTIFUL MY MOM WILL REST IN PIECE. THATS TO JOE AND CASKET EMPORIUM

He made this devastating time in my life a little more smooth to navigate. My grandmother’s casket was gorgeous and well made. It was amazing! I viewed Grandma this morning and she looks beautiful.
