This is one of the best decision I’ve ever had to make in such a short time I loss my mom this last week and unknown to me she didn’t have an Insurance policy. Excellent all around! Pleasant to work with from ordering the casket thru it being delivered on time. The casket was exactly what we were looking for!! Price was much cheaper than funeral home, saved us over 3000 which was a blessing! Very helpful with other questions we had that had nothing to do with the casket!

We ordered a casket from Joe. It was hand delivered by him in just 2 days. He takes pictures of it and texts you so you know it has arrived. And it was less than half the price the funeral home wanted to charge us. Joe is a true professional and super nice guy. I highly recommend doing business with him.

We ordered a casket for my grandmother’s funeral from what we thought was a trustworthy company. The company NEVER notified us that the casket was no longer in stock and NEVER SHIPPED. We were left scrambling last minute for a coffin. I came across Joe, who immediately assisted me and took care of the problem. Joe was on the road taking care of other customers WHILE STILL ASSISTING ME. If it wasn’t for Joe and his amazing customer service, my family and I wouldn’t have found a casket in time for my grandmother’s funeral. Joe, you are an angel. Thank you so much!

We were looking for a specific type of casket for our Dad. We randomly reached out to Casket Emporium and that's when we meet Joe. Joe was so compassionate to our situation, a professional at customer service and listened to what we were searching for. Joe immediately had options for us, sent me emails and text pictures of our options. Being that this was our first time planning a funeral he educated us on the laws and rights of the casket and funeral industry. Joe personally delivered the casket to our funeral home of choice in Brooklyn,NY with out hesitation. We were at the funeral parlor to receive the casket and it was an awesome experience, the casket was double wrapped for protection. Joe opened the casket for us dressed it up, showed us how it would look and it was just perfect, everything Dad wanted.

Unfortunately, I buried my mother after she was killed in a hit and run, looking for caskets and found casket emporium. Joe was helpful, courteous and professional, he helped me with what I wanted during this time. Five months later I had to cremate my husband, I turned to Joe after not finding what I wanted, the casket he helped me with, was perfect, it fit my husband, prices were very great and affordable. Where do I begin? Joe has been extremely helpful throughout thus process. The casket at the Funeral home was so expensive so I did some research came across this site and so happy I did. Joe made sure to send photos of any caskets I was interested in. He made the process go smooth. The casket was even personally delivered and packaged securely. I didn’t have any issues at all.
