I had a query about my printer not working. After a few ideas they decided they would replace the ink . In less than 24 hours I had new replacement inks, also an apologie and a few Yorkshire tea bags to have a drink on them. I have used these people for a long time, I do not use a lot of ink, but this really felt an excellent outcome. I shall continue to buy from them. Thank You to them.

I purchased Original HP Toners. But before they arrived I was offered compatible cartridges at a cheaper price. The quality was not what I was expecting. So they were returned and I purchased the cartridges I ordered in the first place. I had some issues but they were resolved by George. Would definitely purchase from Cartridge People again

wondering how to return for recycling empty Toner cartridges. Customer service provided by Wiktoria was gold star. Definitely will keep using Cartridge people's own products,

I always order my ink for my printer from Cartridge People. My computer skills are far from perfect and I phone for personal assistance sometimes. Today, as always, I received prompt and efficient help. The service was excellent. I look forward to placing my next order soon.

I ordered some printer tapes, but when the package arrived it was empty. I rang up Cartridge People and spoke to Sam in customer service who was very helpful and placed another shipment straight away.

Delivery arrived by courier but the envelope was open & empty. Upon advising Cartridge People the matter was sorted out & a replacement order despatched within an hour or so. Excellent customer service from Chris. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with cartridge people for several years. I recently purchased a new printer and needed to know whether CP supplied suitable cartridges as HP had security installed a system that didn't allow for substitute cartridges. Marianne was extremely helpful and speedy in her several responses and hopefully the correct cartridges are now on the way to me.

I have been a Cartridge People customer for many years, due entirely to the quality of the cartridges (amongst other things) and the service they have supplied to me over many years. Today, I had a problem with my HP printer spitting out spurious messages about catrtridge compatibility and continuous ink supplies. My email seeking help was responded to by a call from Sam within the hour, who patiently walked me through all that needed to be achieved to get me out of the proverbial HP hole. His patience and support was outstanding.

This level of support and customer service is all too rare in the modern world, and it deserves both recognition and appreciation for the customer-focused philosophy that runs through its business and engendered in members of the team.

I ordered from this company for the first time the delivery was quick and the price was good. when it arrived the cartridge had exploded and was unusable. I called the customer service and spoke to Sam, Well what a pleasure he was to deal with he turned a bad situation into a really good one. He is a credit to the company and i will defiantly use them again as he made it so easy to deal with. problems happen but its how you deal with it that matters Thanks Sam!

George was very quick at responding to my email and the matter was dealt with very efficiently. Thank you George.

George responded promptly to my email, helping me troubleshoot the issue and sent out a replacement cartridge within 24 hrs of my email.

Terrific customer service - Hannah Melanie, George and colleagues have all assisted at different times , identifying problems with my decade-old printer and then helping me purchase and set up a new one . Quick responses and detailled help , ACTUAL HUMANS who really understand the questions ! I've ben using their refills for years, excellent quality and quick delivery

Fabulous company, they really do go above and beyond to assist you. Great company, great service, efficient, lovely staff who are always ready and willing to help straight away, no call centres, no waiting. Great products, wont use anyone else. They are the absolute best.

If you are thinking of ordering heavy item cartridges from Cartridge People, be prepared to receive them shoved into a thin, padded paper bag. I ordered two Brother thermal package label cartridges (ironically, to print my own shipping labels, so I know a thing or two about sufficient packaging). Unsurprisingly, sending heavy cartridges in a flimsy paper envelope meant they arrived completely crushed, with an essential plastic tab on one of the cartridges bent out of shape.

Instead of taking accountability for an obvious packaging failure on a £50 order, their customer service agent, Gemma, decided to aggressively defend their cheap methods. I was told that my damaged item was just "my opinion," that they send thousands of parcels like this, and that it "should" work in my printer anyway. They actually expected me to test a visibly damaged item on the spot and just accept it because they claim it’s "rare" for things to break.

This is a cheap, penny-pinching operation that cuts corners on basic cardboard boxes and then gaslights the customer when their items arrive mangled. Absolutely shocking customer service and a total disregard for the condition of the goods they sell. Save yourself the headache, avoid this shabby service, and buy from a company that actually knows how to ship an order properly.

All my orders to date have been great, until it went wrong. Received 6 times the number of units ordered, called to let them know and it's been down hill ever since resulting in having to take time off at less than a day's notice so the courier can pick up. Great when it goes well but frustrating when it goes wrong, and all I was trying to do was to be honest and helpful. very poor.

I've ordered several ink cartridges and they have all been good. The last order seemd to get lost with the courier but when I email customer service Sam replied immediately and dispatched another order to me which arrived in 48 hours. Happy with that.

Phil went out of his way to help me with a compatibles order - the cartridges originally sent were faulty. He tried replacing them but they still would not work well enough with my printer. The process took a collaborative turn as we had to exchange a few emails to understand the problem. Cartridge People has now refunded me and got a different set of cartridges through their advice. Thank you!
