On 03/07/26 EVRI tried to deliver a package that was open and incomplete, so I refused the delivery.
I E Mailed Cartridge world customer services and they were very helpful looked into the problem and arranged a replacement order which arrived on 08/07/26 thank you for a quick resolution to the problem.

Sam your guy was extremely helpful and knowledgable, quite a change these days, which all led to the purchase of a new printer 10 out of 10 for Sam and nice touch for the company with the tea bags.

I rang customer service up about an incorrect delivery and the agent helping me sorted this issue in no time and with out requiring any actions on my side.
The item itself was also reasonably priced.

I had a full set of cartridges for my printer which subsequently failed but despite more than 30 days having passed, customer services, in the shape of Lucy, guided me through returning them and arranged a credit to my account within a week. No fuss or bother - really pleased

I placed an order for Epson cartridges yesterday, so today I get two phone calls and an email wanting me to change my order to cartridge people’s own branded cartridges. I don’t like being pestered like this, there are more than enough prompts on the website to choose cartridge people’s own cartridges instead of branded ones. This excessively pushy approach will drive me to another supplier.

Disappointed with damaged toner cartridges and overly complex return requirements and unhelpful customer services. Cartridges also often left unsafe or with neighbours I don’t know. Not sure I will use them again, sorry.

I had a problem with the toner that arrived.Alison sorted it all out really, really quickly- she was great!

I would like to leave a positive review for Sheree at the customer service department of Cartridge People. She was extremely helpful and professional in resolving an issue with my printer cartridge order. Royal Mail did not deliver the parcel and returned it to the company, but Sheree quickly helped correct the mistake and made sure the matter was dealt with properly.

Her customer service was friendly, efficient, and reassuring throughout. I really appreciate her support and the way she handled the situation. Thank you, Sheree, for your excellent help.

I've ordered from these guys a few times and have always had a great experience. This time they phoned me to ask if I wanted to try a different type of ink (I usually get Canon PFI-300 ink) to save money and they upgraded my order for no extra cost! Unfortunately, I encountered some issues and wasn't as keen on the ink they suggested, but they were able to help me fix my printer and let me return the unused ink in exchange for the original ones I'd ordered. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal and I want to shout out Marianne in particular. I really appreciate how they keep the commitments they have on their own brand products

CP worked hard to resolve an issue with my print quality and then provided a replacement printer under its printer lifetime guarantee. Gemma was particularly helpful in keeping me updated regarding the delivery of the replacement printer.

Needed to return some unused cartridges SAM was very helpful and once the posting of the cartridges back was confirmed a credit was issued to my account

I called and spoke to Caroline and she sorted out my cartridge issue promptly.

I tried their own branded cartridges for the first time recently, for my HP printer, as looked good value for money.
Unfortunately having initially worked well, the black cartridge started smearing all over my prints, making them completely unusable.
THATS WHAT WE ALL FEAR ISN’T it!!

I spent ages running cleaning cycles etc but no difference. On speaking to Customer Services, they said that these cartridges can fail ( something I’ve never had in years of using HP’s own brand ) and offered to send me a replacement

That replacement was not imminent and as I need my printer daily, I went out and bought an original HP cartridge - to use whilst waiting for the replacement and as a backup to the Own brand; plus I’m not confident I can rely on it not to let me down again!

In the end I was without the printer cartridge I’d ordered for 5 days, spent ages trying to sort the defective one, wasting paper etc. and had to buy an original one after all !!
I contact Cartridge People again and they said they ‘appreciated me letting them know about the extra cost and inconvenience their cartridges had caused’. No offer to pay for the extra HP cartridge or anything. That’s rubbish customer service

Can I recommend? - if you rely on your printer then definitely not!!

Everything I ever feared about own brand cartridges has been proven true.
I won’t be buying them or using Cartridge People again

Update: I notice they have replied to say my situation ‘has been rectified’. To be clear, my complaint has not!
The poor service just gets worse. Best avoided

Customer service second to none! Having made a mistake in ordering I received 2 colour cartridges intending only 1 .
I spoke to Sam who was very helpful and set up a credit for me but stupidly I then returned the black cartridge instead of the colour.
Today I spoke to Phil who very kindly has arranged for a credit for the colour cartridge which I am now returning.
I’m impressed that both Sam and Phil understood my dilemma and acted professionally and in a friendly way to resolve it for me.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the set-up process.

Purchased some genuine Brother ink cartridges which arrived promptly. Then the problems started. Never in my life have I experienced so many sales emails and advertising emails to my Company email address. The majority of emails in one day was from their sales department!

Then I was called to my business number asking, point blank why I didn't order their own brand ink. When my response was that I wanted the genuine ones...the sales person was evidently annoyed and then rude.

Pressure sale tactics and constant unwarranted sales emails are an archaic practice that just results in poor service and alienating customers.

This is printer ink for a small business, not a multi-million pound international printer contract!!

I wont be surprised my details will have been sold to a 3rd party as well, in breach of GDPR. It goes with the territory.

Avoid.

I had a problem with a compatible toner cartridge and after initial guidance did not resolve, Lucy immediately despatched a replacement that arrived with Cartridge People's usual speedy service. Much appreciated.
