Aaaaaaargh! Ran out of ink at the most inappropriate moment and my local store didn't stock the ones I needed.
Quick look online and found them at various places all competitively priced but two companies stood out as better value when including p&p.
I love a bargain and after noticing my preferred seller 'Cartridge People' did a price match + 10% I sent them a quick email.
Super quick email received back from Lucy (thanks Lucy) confirming the price match details and my order was placed, difference +10% refunded and notification of dispatch received same day. Amazing!
Here I am 2 days later and the cartridges are received with a good long best before date and my printing done! Phew!

On Monday, 1st June, I contacted customer services to order new cartridges for my printer, and happened to mention that the new one I had just installed (their own brand 304XL) did not work. I was speaking with Sheree who was extremely helpful, running through a few processes that might help. As nothing seemed to help, she immediately offered me a FOC replacement. This arrived the following day - with a complimentary cup of tea! The new cartridge is now working as it should and I can print again. This has never happened before and I have been using them for quite some time and never had a problem, and I cannot fault the customer service this company offers. Excellent.

I have now ordered a twin pack of 304XLs - their own brand again - from Caroline, who is also very helpful (Sheree was not available at the time).

Very pleased with the service today, i called Cartridge People as we had been let down by our contract printer supplies, i tried to obtain a toner locally, found someone else who didn't know what the cartridge was i needed as they'd never heard of it, and put the phone down!
Marianne was very helpful and took the time to locate the alternative toner details and offered own brand or branded, due to time constraints after payment she arranged for me to collect direct from their local distribution warehouse, this was extremely useful to us.
She also offered some pointers on how to safely exchange the cannisters if the own brand wasn't a tight enough fit.

I have made lots of orders through Cartridge People and have been so happy with the very quick delivery and excellent product (own brand cartridges.)
Today there was an issue with my order (caused by the delivery company) - I contacted Cartridge People on the website and almost immediately received an email from Si who sorted the problem immediately.

The cartridges are really good value, and when occasionally you get one that has a problem with it, the friendly and helpful customer services staff always quickly resolve the problem.

My problem was solved by very help full staff.

I purchased a Dymo machine 10 months ago which developed a fault. I contacted The Cartridge company and received an email straight back from George in Customer Service, advising that he would send a replacement and details on how I return the faulty item.

Having fitted new ink cartridges supplied by Cartridge People, the printer would not recognise the new black one. Contacting C,P, and speaking to George he advised thatif it was faulty they would replace it no quibble, but first asked me to try a hard reset which he emailed me instructions, I carried this out (took 10mins) and was a complete success. Black cartridge now recognised and working.

Had ink cartridges for years off Cartridge People first time I had not received within a few days rang them spoke to Chris and he is getting it sorted very helpful should have them tomorrow by DPD different delivery firm usual is EVRI thank you Chris

Such prompt service. I ordered my cartridges late on Friday and they arrived the next day by Evri.
The cartridges (Canon) were really well priced too. Cheaper than on Amazon and other suppliers.
Will definitely keep using Cartridge People.

I placed my first order with Cartridge People in May 2026, for over £200 worth of OEM cartridges for my Printer.

Within 5 minutes of placing the Order, I received a phone call from one of their operatives, extolling the virtues of their own brand cartridges which he said would save me £42 and provide larger cartridges. So much can be acknowledged as a helpful alternative consideration, and above that.....Bullying tactics!

He proceeded to keep on and on repeating his reasons as to why I should change my order to their own brand for about 10 minutes.

When I would not give in and was about to cancel the order as he was being so insistent, his displeasure was then clearly displayed in his less friendly manner.

This confirmed what I already knew from a previous company that I had purchased own brand cartridges from, that caused me no end of problems with my printer....They are very cheaply made, earning the company a great deal of profit if you buy them.

If you experience this, Please report them to the Manufacturers of the original cartridges for trying to block purchases of their products, and for using bullying tactics.

Excellent service from Cartridge People. The agent processed my order efficiently and the inks arrived in a timely manner.

Sam was very helpful. It costs a lot to send the parcel back. You might be better doing it through Evri.

There was an issue with the first toner cartridge supplied which was faulty, on contacting the customer service department George swiftly helped by sending out a fresh cartridge once we had figured out it was a manufacturing issue. The new one was fine. Very good service , you only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong.

First rate customer service.
At first I was disappointed when one of the four toners I had bought caused spotting on the printouts. This was annoying and inconvenient. But one email produced probably the best customer service I have ever received. George emailed me instantly and has replied within minutes each time. He suggested possible solutions which I tried but when they failed to solve the problem he offered me either a full refund or a replacement. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Problem with cartridges received. Aden and George in customer services were great and help sort out my problem in a promptly.
