I bought sim card and told me that I will get cash back. When I called they told me to send bills and I send they decline and said it is not correct. Called again and said send it .I send it and decline and evenue they didn't answer when you ask the reason they decline. As I understand they don't want to pay cash back.
Be careful always this company

CPW in curry's fosse park Leicester went to into check out the google pixel 6a i was met by Arif who was very helpful and knowledgeable he showed me the phone and even sorted out a very good part exchange for my old phone all in all i came away very pleased.

There is not a zero option unfortunately! Ordered a next day delivery mobile phone for my Daughters birthday. Did not arrive on the 15th July. Customer service has been shocking, no managers available when you ring(convienently), cut you off as they don't want to deal with a complaint. DPD have clearly lost the parcel, opened and invetigation but still no outome. Currys ignore any emails you send asking for an update or give you an excuse. Basically they have had my money and really are not bothered about customers. On looking on there Face Book page there are alot of people that this is happening to but they are ignoring everyone.

Rude as hell. Unsolicited call, asked politely to be removed as I have done several times in the past and just hung up! Have I been removed I wonder ….

cold-calling even after being told to remove me from their contact list. Tried to tell the staff that they are breaking the law and to stop calling me - got told "no, LISTEN to me, we are offering mobile phones bla-bla-bla".

Sold out to Currys who were always bottom of the barrel. It's Sunday. I need a phone. The website doesnt work. When I call, they put me through to sales. Sales don't work weekends. Just shut the business, because you can't run it.

I moved from Vodafone to ID Mobile which is part of Carphone Warehouse and Currys. It is the best deal. However I decided to trade in my very good iPhone 8 XL the offer was £130 which I was happy with. I paid for special delivery to protect the phone and was happy to have acknowledged text to say all was ok and that the money would be deposited into account. ( I did wonder what account that would be as I could not remember supplying details). Some weeks later I contacted them on several occasions asking the reference on the trade in paperwork to say where is the £130. No response, tried other emails found online, nothing. Now using Resolver and have been offered £115 which is not the deal. Now they have gone silent again. I am out of pocket £130. Still fighting my corner, getting nowhere. DO NOT TRADE IN PHONES!!!!

Popped in to Carphone Warehouse in the Currys store in Telford to trade in a old mobile to put the money towards a new mobile. For some reason the IMEI number on my trade in mobile was not being accepted.
Big thank you to Adam for trying to sort this out, the customer service I recieved was amazing.

Ordered a phone, it says 3 times on the page next day delivery and when you buy it you can select collect in store or free next day delivery even on weekends.. Well the joys... because when it comes to it, its on back order for a month... not handy when your phone breaks down and you spend hundreds on a phone that you wont get for god knows how long. had to buy another phone to keep me going until their phone turns up... whats the point....

I've now had 3 cold calls from this mob. I've never ever used Carphone Warehouse and now never will. I've told the Indian call centre harasser to F off twice now and blocked their number yet still they persist and use a different number to circumvent my block. If they want to know how to lose a potential customer then carry on my friends.

Absolutely awful, bought a phone took them nearly four weeks from first point of me contacting them and I’d only had the phone two weeks. I was passed from pillar to post while hearing how difficult it was to work in customer services. Spent two days in waiting for DPD to collect the phone, no show!
Awful, horrible! I have w in customer services and they have no idea how to run this department, I’m still waiting for my phone that they were supposed to give me a straight swap for.
I would avoid at all costs.

We bought a phone 10 days ago that is faulty. I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone to customer service - I had to request a returns label. They left me for 13 minutes, thought I had been cut off - customer services Sheffield without coming back to me - only to say they had no stock for a replacement. They then left me another 9 minutes without coming back to me to arrange a return with refund. If you buy online, unusually, you cannot go back to one of their stores to sort out, only over the phone - it is like a separate company. Won't be tempted to use them again.

Car phone ware house , Mobile.co.Uk or curry’s they all are same and they just trading different name to make sure over the scam & fraud .
I bought two line with Mibile.co.Uk with cash back policy on in 1 years I have to make 3 complaint and 10 phone call to claim my cash back .
First they will give you order number
With it ask you to make your accounts online and when you register no cash back policy on it !
Later on they will open up cash back claim and if you make claim your cheque won’t arrive ! When you phone call they will not register your complaint nor they are not allow you to speak to some one . On online there is no complaint form fill open complaint .

After few year experience I would suggest deal with network direct rather this fraud company .
Legally & lawfully along with ofcome regulation they act unfairly and fraud .
But no one taking action against them .

Stay away from this company never ever buy anything from this company they are series fraud .

Unsolicitored and cold calling from Carphone. The caller was rude to me after I said I did not need a new phone!

Despite TELLING them over a year ago to remove ALL my data as per GDPR they STILL incessantly call me upto 4 times daily off different numbers.
Joke company that needs to be regulated.

I was almost happy with the service.
Shame they had to sell my information to third parties without my permission. 1 year after I used their service I still receive dodgy sales calls. I have requested multiple times to be removed from the directory but they hang up as soon as you ask.

They have companies like Mobile.co.uk they work with car phone warehouse, I got a contract with them but cancelled it with in few days , They told me its closed and no more contract on my name , But they kept taking money out from Bank account and no one cancel this contract once I stop my direct debit they start leaving None payment mark on my credit file and mess my credit file
I am taking them to court now , Please stay away from Mobile.Co.Uk and Carphonewarehouse !!!!!!!!! Carphone warehouse just dodge unprofessional company bad customer service….. Now where the hell Trading standards are . No law for Bigger fishes

My husband and myself have just visited the store at Castle Vale, Birmingham. There was one lady helping someone and another young lady just sat on her phone. My husband went over and to ask her a question about a mobile, she didn't even lift her head from her phone to answer him. He'd ask her a question and she answered him rudely and she still had her face in her phone. Is this what you are employing now, people who couldn't give a crap about customers. If this company makes any sales today, it won't be from this extremely lazy and rude individual. It's a shame we didn't get her name, but you'll probably find her easily with her face stuck staring at her mobile.

Horrible. Received a call from Carphone Warehouse 0113 310 0130. Person very hostile, aggressive, and rude. I would NEVER engage in business with this company! I would never recommend them.

Well recently I have been getting none stop calls from Indian scammers. Pretending to be from carphone warehouse! To the people that are saying they are none stop phoning you! Even after blocking the number too. Trying to sell you deals none stop. Maybe aggressive and rude towards you! They are not the real carphone warehouse! Carphone warehouse never phone people up. They are scammers! Please don’t give the real carphone warehouse bad reviews by these scumbags.

Please look up “carphone warehouse scam calls online!” - They are doing it to other businesses too. Not helping the companies at all. Giving them a bad name! Even with all the bad reviews on here about bad phone calls none stop from the fake carphone warehouse! While the real carphone warehouse are feeling the bad impact to there business. From all the hate people are giving them! Not helping businesses all because of these scumbags pretending to be them. Scaring people away from the real businesses! Carphone warehouse is a British Company. They wouldn’t have Indian people talking. If you did call them! And like I said. They wouldn’t call you! Only if you call them first! They might say we will call you back then!

But they would never ever call you. To sell you deals on the phone to you!
