If I could give no stars I would. I returned a sweater which they received on the 2nd of January. 21 working days later, still no refund! Never ever ordering with carhartt again. Just wishing I’d paid via PayPal so I could place a charge back

I ordered a pair of shoes identical to a pair that had been the best fitting pair of shoes I ever pulled right out of the box, exact same model and size. I even got them for about 30% less than the first pair cost. But I kept developing a wound on my right big toe with the new shoes. My podiatrist couldn't tell what was going on and I could not immediately determine the problem.
After almost 1 year, the warranty period, I noticed the shoes sitting next to each other and realized the new right shoe looked slightly different. I measured the shoe using a digital micrometer and found the new right shoe was 2mm narrower at the point of injury on that foot.
I sent all the info to Carhartt before the 1 year anniversary of the delivery date. (note: the delivery took several weeks due to availability of the product). Carhartt used the order date to start my warranty and refused to honor their 1 year term.
I appealed their decision by email pointing out that I did not have a full year of use but their customer service never answered that email.
They didn't honor their warranty and they refused to talk about it. Horrible service.

We’ve been buying Carhartt shirts for my husband for 20 years. Suddenly they all are staining for no reason at all ….if anything gets on them and even if you try to get it off right away, it leaves a stain. We called the company hoping maybe they would just give us at least one shirt replacement for all the stained ones he has but they only offered a 10% coupon… and to tell you the truth, I don’t know if we ever want to buy another one of these shirts because if you get anything at all on it it’s ruined and it’s supposed to be a work shirt. I declined their offer of 10% and will never be purchasing another shirt from them.

Oh dear, I should have read the reviews before ordering.
I returned my order over a month ago and no refund received, they keep moving the date I should expect my money. Today I have been asked to wait another five working days. I don't hold out much hope of ever seeing that money again.

I’m order delayed, sent back and took 38 days to get a refund.

My daughter bought 2 items and returned both. Delivered to facility in Holland on 15 November. She was promised her refund numerous times (at least 10 times) by their customer service people. Finally got automated emails that refund had been processed on 16 January. Great…no refund appeared. Contacted them again yesterday and apparently my refund was blocked by an internal error in their system. They asked for my IBAN and BIC details for a manual refund. A few hours after this she got an email from them showing that payment was made on the 16th January. No it wasn’t. Appalling customer service. It really seems that there is no joined up process and they all act as individuals. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your health and blood pressure. It has been so stressful dealing with them. I’ve now provided BIC and IBAN details for them to transfer the money but still now joy. Just more promises. How can these guys just steal our money!!!

I returned an item that I purchased as a gift to them. Per email , showed that it was received on 1/15. I have talked to 2 customer service representatives about my refund and have received 2 different timeframes regarding my refund. I don’t understand why the process is this long to receive your money back after they have received their product back

Returned a hoodie after Christmas. Apparently they have not processed the order. Very poor customer service. Zero concrete information. Items are expensive and should be refunded within 2 weeks. I have never heard of such por refund procedures ever..i need carhartt to reach out and refund this for me. Otherwise it will cost more if I progress legal procedures

It's taken nearly three weeks to get my delivery. Customer service absolutely no help at all

Still.waiting for.a.refund since January 8th. Unexceptable since they have received the item back.and will no longer do business with Carhartt.

Terrible service regarding returns and refunds. I returned a top on 28th December and still no refund or acknowledgent of the return. I phoned and was told they don't issue an acknowledgement for returns and refunds take up to 21 working days. They also don't offer an exchange sevice. Won't be using them again.

This companies return/refund timings are crazy which makes it unreasonable to want to purchase items due to there sizing inconstancies. If you want to try something you have to wait up to 21 days for them to receive at the item from there UK hub to Holland, then another 14 days to process a refund! Not a great setup for a premium well known brand, will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

Sent an item back on 4th via their tracked service, still no refund. Have emailed asking for a response, but currently no reply. Terrible customer service for such a well known brand. Last time I will order anything from Carhartt.

Horrible customer service. First it took over 5 weeks to receive a jacket. Once received, it didn’t fit. They would not accept a return because they said shipping costs would be too much for them. So I’m stuck with a jacket that doesn’t fit. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

Every pair of your pants I’ve purchased the belt loop over the left rear pocket tears out at the bottom. I’ve talked to a dozen+ friends who have the same problem. Looks like it’s the only sewn loop that’s not reinforced by a seam or pocket seam. How hard could it be to reinforce the bottom of this loop with a small piece of material on the inside?

I have been a customer for over 20years. After ordering carhartt overalls the front pockets are 4inc my other one are 6inch pockets. Iwas told there a 2inch difference between them an thats ok.no one that's worked in construction or farming would think that's OK. So I'm letting everyone know that carhartt overalls front pockets are 4inc to 6inch in depth no way to know what your getting. So before you buy think about dickies they are still deep front pockets that you can use.

Received email from Carhartt on January 3 that return was received. It's January 16 & still no refund to my credit card. Ridiculous!!

I returned an order on 30th November 2024, was delivered on 5th December but apparently that is not the end of the journey as Carhartt then send it on to the Netherlands. 7 weeks later still no sign of a refund and no further response from customer service. Will never buy from here again.

I've been in the construction field 45 years. I have Carhartt bibs, coveralls, jackets, hoodie, have held up excellent through the year's and I mean year's!
So recently I started buying carhartts jeans one pair less than six month old ripped down the side from the belt loop down about 9 inches from squatting down.
The type are carhartt relax fit model number BD4943-.M 34 × 32
I truly thought they would last longer than my 501 Levis but guess not.
Going back to Levis don't waste your money on carhartt jeans and I'm a carhartt guy!
