Bunch of teenage staff hanging out in the shop chatting amongst themselves. We had to approach them for help, they responded but did as little as possible to help, find sizes etc. Resumed their socialising asap. I couldn’t be bothered approaching them again so didn’t make the purchase. I’ll do it online or back in the UK via Vinted.

Purchased a jacket for 119.00 as a gift and within a month the sleeve got holes in it. I have requested replacement material 5 times now as each time they say they will send repair material and never send it. 5 months later still waiting and the holes are worse. Not sure what is wrong with the sleeve material, guessing low quality. They have shown very poor customer service lying to the customer 5 times

Terrible Company to deal with - Avoid at all costs
Please be sure you definitely really need Carhartt products before ordering. Terrible, terrible customer service should anything go wrong. Delays, lack of communication, holding onto your money for over a month should you need a refund. Customer services do not help/care. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible shipping delays and no process available to track orders. Has been bad and is getting worst. I’ve stopped buying from them. Too frustrating!

Paiement refusé a la fin j'ai donc commande autre chose. Mais je découvre que Carhartt m'a débité. Ils me confirment pourtant que la commande n'a pas été prise en compte pour finalement 20 jours plus tard recevoir un mail annonçant que mon colis va être livré...le service après vente m'indique qu'on ne peut plus rien faire et que c'est trop tard...

I sent them four pairs of jeans to test for defect as they were ripping. They determined them defective and said they'd replace them. It has been over a year. No jeans!! I texted them the other day and was told that my case had been moved up and I'd be contacted in 3-4 hours. No one contacted me. I texted again today with no response. They have $300 of my clothing!!!!!!
UPDATE I finally got a gift card for less, $184, than what I paid for the jeans

Really slow refunds ~ returned items as sizing was wrong and have been told that refunds take 21 working days to process!! Terrible customer service.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company, but the sizing was completely off — nothing like the sizes I’m used to. I returned it straight away, with proof of postage and everything, but they denied the return and never issued a refund. Really shocking customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them

Carhartt Pants Are Not as Durable as Excepted
I've always heard that Carhartt makes tough, long-lasting workwear, so I decided to invest in several pairs of their pants. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Within less than a year, I've had multiple pairs tear in similar ways-first at the back pocket, and new near the zipper. Early on, I had to return and exchange two pairs because they tore near the back pocket after minimal use. I thought maybe it was a defective batch, but now I have three more that have torn. One ripped at the same spot near the pocket, while two others developed tears along the zipper.

These pants weren't subject to heavy labor or extreme wear-they were used in everyday settings, yet they still fell apart too soon. I have no longer have my receipts, but I can confirm my purchases through my credit card history and I have pictures of those pants. I truly expected better from Carhartt, and I'm disappointed that a brand known for durability has let me down repeatedly.

For anyone considering buying Carhartt pants, be aware that their reputation for quality may not hold up. Given my experience, I would strongly caution against purchasing them unless the company steps up and address this issue.

Carhartt have lost the original purpose of the brand which made them a classic - the products are now poorly made with substandard material and stiching

Terrible customer service. Apart from responding once to my first email, their service is very poor. I bought a Carhartt WIP Landon pants for 120 euro. After having washed it 10 times (30 degrees), it tore. The quality of the jeans is truly bad. After having reached out to Carhartt, they were not wiling to replace (or refund) it.

Wasted 45 minutes on a chat with Harry then he hanged up on me. I have to say I was much more polite that I should have been.

I would avoid purchasing from Carhartt online. I have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for a refund and I have not received any response from the emails that I have sent.
This is disgraceful from such a big company! Buyer’s avoid.

Horrible company to order from online I tried ordering a hoodie and it said free shipping and I loaded the exact amount on a reloading debit card and they said they're was a problem with the order apparently because of shipping it cost me $4 to load the money that they said now they tell me I need to add more money,I think I'll wait until tractor supply has one in my size so I don't have to deal with them anymore

The cloth is now thinner. The white top
of my toilet seat is turning blue from dye transfer sitting on it in Carhartt. Try Duluth Trading for a better product.

bought a pair of their overalls, could be useable but they moved the leg pocket to the left leg ! after years on the old R07 I keep dropping everything as all the jeans I have from them pocket is right leg. threw them out before I break something. gotta imagine new people in design and never wear them, nor know what real work is, but just decided it would be cute? wore carhartt for many many years but they've left me so they can make pretty clothes for kids. so long old friend !

Warning: Dye Transfer Issue – Poor Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Carhartt jeans through a well-known retailer, and the dye from the jeans transferred onto two of my other garments, permanently damaging them.

I contacted both Carhartt and the retailer, expecting a straightforward resolution, but ended up caught between the two — with neither taking real responsibility. The lack of support and accountability from both brands has been incredibly disappointing.

If you’re considering buying these jeans, be cautious — the dye can ruin your other clothes. I expected better from such reputable names, and unless this is resolved properly, I won’t be shopping from either again.
