3 week before I have send the parcel to India fully packed and there told me there will send the parcel with in 10 days ...I was received the parcel by 9 th day ...in the parcel 4 item is missing evethg is expensive item I called them and even mail them he told me I will check in ware house and intemate U ...still now no response ....more over I called the manager he told we have nly drone and the 3 item is not there .....this is how there will treat me .....the four item is hair straightener oilments drone and baby toy ....I did not get proper response from the courier side

What a horrible experience. Picking up the package was very straightforward and sending it took no time. But there were items missing from the parcel and now I’m trying to follow up and there’s no answer and no explanation as to where my expensive items are. They suggested it was taken at customs but I’ve had no written confirmation of this and now they’re not answering. Don’t trust them with your parcels.

Horrible experience.2weeks ago send a parcel to family in India from their Company located in Wembley london. When my family opened the parcel many of the items were missing. Some of them were really expensive. Don't trust this fraud company. They steal items from the parcels. When i tried to contact them about this they didn’t attend the complaint properly and refuse to help. Moreover, they didn’t answer my calls and disconnect the phone immediately. I recommend everyone not to go further with this company ever again guys. Bad customer service and not reliable.

I have been in touch with cargo force nearly 2 weeks now I have my parcel ready lying around in the house waiting to be collected. Everytime I try calling cargo force either no answer . The day one person answered he took my phn number and email I'd but nothing happened the next week I called the same thing happened finally went through the website and tried to look for names found the name murad ali so I called again and asked for murad ali and spoke to him he seemed helpful at the time I filled the form online like he said to do now I keep calling to ask if they received the form no answer for 3 days yesterday one person answered again took all my details insisted on getting the name who I spoke to and all this person said he will ask murad ali to call back which never happened. Is this a joke ? Is this how they treat people it's either they say they can do it or can't do it . I do not recommend cargo force . As they lack communication and seems like they are not interested in anything. I've been contacting them since 20 th December 2023 today is 12 Jan 202. My parcel is still here in UK no one is bothered to call back

I was supposed to get my cargo 4days I didn’t I had to constantly chase Anwar Shaikh every other day to find out when my cargo arrived. Then I find out my cargo arrived six days ago and I couldn’t get my cargo until I paid fees of 1065 which I was never informed of. He told me I pay the cost in london and that’s it. When I went to SAL I was told I can’t get my cargo due to delivery order cost, handling cost, storage cost and custom clearance cost all of which Anwar did not communicate with me neither did he inform me of the date my cargo arrived. I was so upset being new in Riyadh and having to deal with this was ridiculous. I asked for a refund which he then ignored because to me I had lost the cargo shipment because that was hefty amount to pay especially after paying for the cargo to come to Riyadh in the first place. Anwar was very unhelpful and kept saying I can’t interfere providing he received his payment. do not use his services he will disappoint you and leave you penniless. Very unprofessional and does not know the definition of customer service

Fraud, Anwar happily took payment. Did not provide any service I was calling everyday questioning what was going on. Would not let me know when my shipment arrived. Lost my shipment money and time. DONT USE CARGO FORCE. They take money and run.

Fraud Run Absolutely Rubbish. Anwar took my money I have not seen my shipment for over a month DONT USE

Worked with Mr Ali regarding my shipment from Manchester uk to jammu India. It was smooth ,they picked up from my location and delivered to my hometown without any issue. I will definitely recommend this cargo service for everyone.

We delivered all our good to cargo force and staff helped us to unload all the good and also packed all the good in front of our eyes and weight all 3 individual box forwards information to their head office and they also inform us the amount to pay we paid the full amount
