My mother’s fridge up and failed on a Saturday evening. Needed a fridge ASAP. Went to CAS first thing Sunday morning. Joshua completely understood the assignment and showed both knowledge and professionalism. He was wonderful to work with. Yes it cost us an extra $30 to have the delivery expedited BUT that was worth every dollar to get the unit on Tuesday. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the fridge were awesome. Did what it took to bring the fridge into the space. Yessss my husband had decided to remove the old fridge to the driveway but the delivery team were really appreciative as it made loading it to the truck for takeaway easier. I would, from my experience, absolutely recommend CAS Trainyard location! Thanks for everything!

I will never shop here again. Some of the staff in the store are really nice and personable, others not so much. I got one who wasn't unfortunately. Then the delivery....the worst. They told me delivery for my fridge and dishwasher would be between 10:30 and 1:30pm and it didn't arrive until 8pm with no warnings, no updates. When I called customer service i received no assistance....they just said there is nothing they could do and they couldn't transfer me to a manager either. They said they would have a manager call me - it's been a week and a half and still no call. I have never seen so much consistent bad service and lack of caring for the customer as with this company. Do not shop here! After the 3rd call to customer service, I was told by customer service that they loaded the wrong items for me in the morning and therefore didn't load my order until 2pm and that is why it's late. Maybe they could have given me a heads up as I had to have my fridge cleared out and unplugged and ready to go by 10:30am???? Then the delivery people said the reason it's late is because they were sent first to Pembrooke for some deliveries. Either way....it was known in advance that they would be late and not communicated to me. Also, why are there 2 different stories?? How disorganized is this company? The people who delivered were very pleasant and efficient....that was the only part that was. The delivery facilitation was horrible! Just the delivery drivers themselves were good. I was right about to cancel my order and go elsewhere when the delivery finally arrived almost 6 hrs late from the maximum estimated time.

My online purchase was simple, but the delivery date was hard to plan for. My range was delivered 1 day later than I had requested. Also, the staff in the retail store did not seem interested in selling to me, which is disappointing. Delivery and set up was completed quickly and without an issues.

Great service from Paul and honest opinions on the brand's I was looking for. I had done research beforehand so I had a good idea of what I wanted and he solidified my choice. Also received an additional discount, free shipping and old appliance removal. Top notch! This is the 2nd appliance I buy from them and great service and delivery.
