Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. The purchase went well.
The delivery is continuing to be a nightmare.
We bought a fridge and the delivery people installed it.
Unfortunately the water line was not installed properly and luckily we noticed after a week. Water had infiltrated our baseboards, hard wood floors and has caused an excessive amount of frustration due to the fact that you cannot actually speak to anyone. Everything is done thru email. It’s extremely unprofessional and I will never deal with this company again, nor would I recommend purchasing anything from them as their after care is atrocious.

I purchased a washer and dryer in March…
I purchased a washer and dryer in March 2020 along with a 4‑year extended warranty. When I called for information, I spoke with a representative named Ben, who was condescending and dismissive. Instead of simply explaining the warranty timeline, he repeated “1 year + 4 years = 2025, do you understand?” in a patronizing tone.
I also asked about W3 Solution, and he claimed they no longer deal with them and had no information. I had to ask several times just to get a phone number. That is not customer service.
When I called back to speak with a manager, the woman who answered was even worse than Ben. She told me that customers are not allowed to speak to managers, was rude throughout the call, and ultimately hung up on me.
They might have great prices, but their service is AWFUL. Buy at your own risk — and whatever you do, do NOT get the extended warranty.
Overall, the experience was disrespectful, frustrating, and far below what I expect from a company that sells major appliances and warranties.

Once I walked into the front door

The service was spectacular compared to where I was at Leon’s and was very well education of the product he was selling and then did the purchase and then the delivery was on time.
