5 year anuity …
Transferring my pension funds to Canada Life along with a 5 year fixed anuity and a GMA at the end was so easy to do and has allowed me to take time away from work when it has been most needed.

Painless and very easy process
My pension was with Standard Life, decided to retire a few years early 64. So my question was can i do this turn my pension pot in to a fixed monthly income. went to the open Market . With the help of Canada Life it was possible. All the Paperwork was completed Sent back to advisor 19/06 Canada Life advised of rate and options and when i accepted submitted to Canada Life 02/07 09/07 Annuity in place great service from Canada Life

SIPP transfer
Sent me incorrect tax free lump sum and annual annuity amounts despite sending them a larger amount than originally anticipated when exchanging our SIPPS for enhanced annuity. Had to contact their call centre few times but still not resolved. The problem was they should have abided by their own written quotation guarantees and did not do this. Incidentally this issue both spouses.

we needed to have a small financial extension and were refused. We don’t understand why as there is plenty of equity left in the property.

I was asked to do a review before I had…
I was asked to do a review before I had heard from you.
I received a letter in the post on 6th July dated 01st July, presumingthis is what you are asking me to review.
The financial details in the letter where not up to date, the funds transferred in my pension pot were more than the original anticipated figure, but the letter used the anticipated figure. I am awaiting an updated letter with the correct figures now.
