Best sounding, most comfortable
Bought the melomania A100s and they are far and away the best sounding and most comfortable earbuds I've ever had. Loved the find my earbud in the app as I dropped one gardening the other day and actually found it! Awesome.

DacMagic packaging not tamperproof
Ordering a DacMagic was easy and it arrived quickly. Parcelforce delivered later than their predicted timeslot but I was able to stay home. Good to see no plastic in the packaging. Surprised to find it could be opened just by lifting the cardboard flap - not sealed in any way.

We appreciate your comments on the packaging. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible with our product packaging, so it’s great to hear that the absence of plastic was positively noticed.
That said, our products should always be sealed and tamper-proof when shipped, and the issue you’ve mentioned with the box not being sealed is not the norm. This is not how the package should have been sent out, and we’ll be feeding this back to our warehouse and factory teams.
We always aim to ensure that all items sent out are properly and securely packaged for transit. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Best Customer Service I've ever experienced
I bought some M100 earbuds for my wife to use overnight, due to their long battery life. After 18 months of them working perfectly, one earbud only lasted about 4-5 hrs. I contacted Cambridge Audi Customer Services (Ronnie, who was so helpful and responsive) and they have offered to replace the M100 with their latest earbuds A100. Customer service is excellent, the best I've experienced from any company.

Easy order, quick delivery
I just ordered a remote. We have two remotes for the "important" devices in our combined living/dining room. Unfortunately, Cambridge Audio ships only the new EXA amplifier with a remote, but not the network player, we needed one more - I replaced a CXA/CXN combo, both came with one. Got a second remote quickly, order process was simple, I was continuously informed, and delivery arrived quickly.

Payment and shipping went quick and faultless. However: The Remote did not work eg comply with my Cambridge audio One +… also not changing several sets of batteries (3x aaa). Too bad.
