What lovely team you have here I spoke to 2 gentleman called Enzo and Marcus Tyler who both went out of there way to help me and get my car insurance up and running I wasn't judged for my affordability I was treated with the upmost outstanding customer service I will be highly recommending this site I almost feel like I want another quote just for a phone call made me smile so much thank you guys : )

got inflated quote so rang bewiser.. agent checked and got cheaper quote with my current provider very quick and with birthday voucher reduced even more long time to get through on phone but once speaking to agent sorted and renewed within 5 mins ..very happy with agent 's help

Beware. Wanted a quote from direct line but rang this company by mistake. Feel that I was deceived into believing I was speaking to a direct line representative even being told I could have more discount due to my other direct line policies, I accepted a policy and within minutes documents arrived, On realising my mistake I felt I had been had over and tried to cancel, passed from pillow to post I was finally charged £ 45 admin to cancel for a policy that wasn't due to start for 14 days, be wiser and steer well clear

I punched in direct line insurance and here comes call wiser insurance. It was on Monday 21/08/16 after 8pm.

Firstly the agent sounded bored and was just watching time go by for his shift to ce to an end. I'd wanted to end the call so many times due to his unprofessional handling of the call. He wasn't helpful and not interested in me at all. U couldn't remember his name because it's not worth remembering.

After answering the questions he posed he came back with a quote for comprehensive in excess of £1400. Asked about third party fire and theft and he said it came up more expensive in the region of £2000. I had already done my research and the quote I had been given was under £700 taking all my details into consideration. I don't know if the agent thought he was speaking to an idiot but with his unethusiastic energy and lack of interest I wouldn't want someone like that working in my customer service department. Because of him I do not trust call wiser. Perhaps more training will do him well unless it's company-wide

I had to cancel my policy due to unforeseen circumstances, within 2 weeks of inception.

It has been a complete nightmare trying to sort it out, having to explain the scenario again and again to different call handlers. So far I have had a refund £292 short of what I paid. One piece of correspondence advised me that it could be up to 60 days, as they have to wait for someone else to refund them, really!!?

The F.C.A are investigating this as they believe 30 days is adequate. All I want is someone to OWN this ongoing problem, sort it out and refund my payment minus an admin charge which averages at £25. Surely that's not too mush to ask for?

Not happy . Reason is because i have changed vehicles and rang BeWiser to change insurance details to be told that i could not transfer my 5 months insurance which i have paid for in advance and have to start paying again.
To say i am unhappy about this is an understatement. I am someone with maximum no claums, i have never made a claim. I feel i have been treated very badly.

Would not hesitate to recommend Be Wiser and am glad I found them.
