Hassle free booking
Really easy, straightforward booking process. I had booked to leave from the wrong pick up point and telephoned to ask if it could be amended. I spoke with a lovely guy who sorted it for me immediately. I received an email confirmation of the change whilst I was still on the phone. Hassle free service, I'm very impressed. Looking forward to my trip next weekend.

He was great and very knowledgeable.
The driver and trips were great. The hotel Coylumbridge, was dreadful. Our room was dirty, holes in the wall, one small single wardrobe, one hook, the shower had black mould, the bed was 2 small single beds pushed together without a bedside table in-between, the meals at best were warm. Asked to change the room and it was completely ignored. If you needed more loo roll or coffee sachets for the room you had to go to reception. There was no housekeeping. It has put me of bus trips as we were treated like cattle by the hotel and the meals were worse than school. The trips and the driver were exceptional. Unfortunately, some of the other guests had manners like pigs.

Price for 3 days to Scarbough
Price for 3 days to Scarbough, in hindsight we should have done 3 nights as you are 2 days travelling there and back.
The hotel was fine, loved the history of it.
We had breakfast and evening meal. There was only water to drink with your evening meal. The meals were OK.
I thought when you are travelling to places they would stop at the gretna outlet for the 45min break, least you could have a walk around the shops and stretch your legs, but we were taken to a kind of truck stop at gretna.
This hasn't put me off from booking again as the places Caledonian visit and price is good.
