Caledonian Travel Anmeldelser

Caledonian is a trust worthy company. Their holidays in our opinion are really good. The only downside are the coaches they use -Temsa. We find them most uncomfortable. We’ve now bought gel travel cushions but they are still not a patch on having a comfortable coach seat to sit on. The Mercedes or Setra coaches are must better. I live in hope Caledonian will listen to their passengers & change from these really hard ride coaches. They no longer have footrests I’ve heard the newest coaches don’t have tables to pull down from the seat in front. Where do you put your drinks ? Your directors should travel long distance on them & they will know what we as passengers feel like. We still like the hotels, staff & experiences it’s just the coach journey itself. Please sort it out Caledonian you would honestly have more passenger numbers.

The driver, Aron, was very helpful and approachable.

They are a great to travel with and they look after you help you when you need it

Excellent straightforward telephone booking and confirmation email arrived minutes later

I didn’t have to wait long for the phone to be answered, and the person I spoke to dealt with my call quickly and efficiently.

Booking was easy, can rely on the company.

The excursions on the coach were very good, the hotel, although dated was good.
The driver was excellent.
The hotel room was a strange experience in as much as the room was not made up during our stay, we had to ask for the towels to be replaced, and the bath was a nightmare because there were no grab rails anywhere and getting in and out of the bath for a shower was a major event.
I was a shame that a hotel, the size of Bosworth Hall did not have any entertainment at night?

Great choice of vacations, good value for money, easy to use web site. Clear confirmation emails.
