Brilliant trip
Keith our driver was excellent.

Good break but food was disappointing.

The holiday from start to finish was amazing, fantastic trip to Arrochar, the scenery was breathtaking and Gary was amazing very funny and interesting facts about the areas we visited x cant wait to come back again in the spring/summer

My experience of booking my mini break to Amsterdam was mostly straight forward. I was unable to complete it online. Therefore I called Caledonian Travel direct. The lady who took my call was very helpful and supportive and completed it with me.
We have not been yet. It was my first holiday abroad, just over 40 years ago and looking forward to our wee adventure.

Apart from being able to book a single room for one of our party to take a 4 day break,we however managed to arrange a 3 day trip

Excellent service and staff are always pleasant and helpful

Shout out to Caladonia Travel - who do the 1940's runs
Immaculate clean Coaches, very safe drivers, Engaging with passengers and provide upfront all the relevent information we needed making sure we all got on the right Coach back, spot on with timings for pick up and drop off and are always part of a Great days

You are made very much part of their 'journey' and at departure we were invited to feed back in our own time, make suggestions of what to improve ,what we think would be good to to add to their already well designed packages of different interest and travel destinations or just tiny tweaks, therefore avoiding any need to complain

I get the impression this company does not let standards slide , maintains existing high standards and works with their customers on a open level to keep them, and are genuinly interested in their experience and input from their customers and take pride in the delivery of their service

A good day out in chester. I did some shopping. Also looked at jewerly in̈ shop windows.

I discovered I had booked the wrong date & month within a few minutes, I think his name was Chris? amended the booking & sent confirmation. Thank you for putting my mind at rest

its very good value for what you pay, the drivers are very helpful the hotels are sometimes centraly located, the booking process is easy the staff are very helpful and the range of trips/holidays on offer are second to none

Easy transaction on line easy to follow and complete booking.

Why take us to a hotel 1.5 hours from the centre of London with nothing around to travel all the way back the next day to the ABBA arena.

Easy to understand and book holidays, with an option for easy pay, great stuff

Ease of booking
Excellent driver and value for money
Great Victoria Hotel in Bradford:
Room and location excellent - but no heating in room or bathroom
Breakfast good
Evening meal terrible - chilli beef far too spicy, poached fish with hardly any taste and TINNED POTATOES which were horrible. Loads of plates with lots of unwanted food. I have never visited a restaurant that served tinned potatoes.
Reception staff were very helpful

Always offer great value for money on all day trips and tours. I have always found booking on line easy to do, And if I have needed to speak to someone it has always been a friendly professional service.

As usual very well organised but you can't legislate for the unexpected, but still Caldenonian coped after a short delay.

I booked a weekend away and it was cancelled and then I wanted to book another one for a different place and could not book as we wanted single rooms and they only had double rooms left to book so we had to do with out going yet again .1st was September 2026 and the 2nd was for November 2026 .
I'm a little hesitant of booking with caladonian now due to disappointment after been a customer for many many years without any problems before now.

I phoned Caledonian Travel as there was no single rooms showing for when I wanted to go. The lady I spoke to was amazing, she asked if she could put me on hold and she phoned the hotel direct and got a room sorted for me, thank you so much x

Quick and easy booking through Tates Travel Sunderland. Process was straightforward.
