I have been a client of Business Waste for 11 years and have never had any issues with their service. Recently, I received an offer from another company, so I contacted Business Waste to see if they could match it, and they actually beat the other offer.

I dealt with Lily Hall, who was extremely helpful. She replied to my emails very quickly, and the whole process was easy, straightforward and efficient. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Our case was very complex but Declan at Business Waste was extremely helpful with constant phone calls and communication which allowed us to sort out our issue most efficiently. 10/10 would recommend this business with their excellent communication skills and efficiency.

Whilst we've had a lot of problems with collections not happening etc Jessie Rudland - our contact at Businesswaste - has been amazing at sorting out the issues and keeping in contact whilst things haven't been great. We've decided to stick with Businesswaste as a reuslt.

All staff at this company are brilliant to deal with. Nothing to much trouble and always keep you up to date. Any queries are answered within 24 hours. Aidan/Alice/Toby whom I have dealt with and the team are a dedicated team that put the customer first.

When we had issues with our bin collections over a number of weeks, Sam May, Internal Account Manager was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond and sorted the issue for us promptly. We have regular catch ups to check in and ensure we are still happy and have no further issues. Very happy with his service to date.

Business Waste have been great, we had an issue with a supplier becoming unreliable and untrustworthy, Niamh in particular has been my point of contact and my preference for future communications, she has gone above and beyond in trying to resolve our issue, resulting in changing providers. Very happy with the level of service received. Keep up the good work.

Their rates are very competitive and they cover all types of business waste, including food, recycling, sanitary and general.
I have found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go the extra mile to keep us in the loop.
