Excellent! The service is affordable and the team are always so helpful and informative. I recently needed to make some changes to my agreement and received a response to my enquiry very quickly. The changes were implemented in just a couple of days. Thank you Thomas Binns for your excellent customer service.

I would give no star if i could this is one of the worst business waste collection company they never empty the bins on time but keep charging you money for monthly invoices without any collection then go on to charge almost 45percent if you want to close the account with them two words I would say stay away from business waste.

Very poor cost me £400 when they did not even collect with court charges don't use them they are so bad.

Lily has always dealt with our queries and enquiries efficiently. She has made it very easy for us working together.
