I cannot recommend Bucherer Boutique in Westfield White City enough!
I had an appointment to see Nafi to purchase a new watch. When I arrived the staff were very welcoming & helpful, Nafi was busy so in the meantime I was offered a drink & somewhere to sit down.
Nafi was very courteous, professional & polite, he talked me through everything to do with the watch, accessories, warranty etc & made the whole process a very enjoyable experience.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Carly the general manager for securing my beautiful new Panerai & arranging the appointment with Nafi.

Jean-Louis who served me gave me the best luxury customer service experience I've received to date. He was very friendly, polite, and dealt with me with a high level of professionalism. He was a great example of how luxury customer service should be!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a watch from the Bucherer Selfridges store. The experience was exactly what you would expect from a high end boutique like Bucherer. The staff are great, especially Jean-Louis who patiently and professionally assisted me throughout my journey. His experience and expertise when it came to luxury watches was what you would expect from Bucherer. The boutique itself is very well located and maintained to a high standard as you would expect it to be. It was a 5* luxury experience!

Me and my wife walked into this store with intentions to make purchase. Instead we walked into a store to meet the most rude staff we have ever experienced.
Two reasons not to even think about entering the Westfields store; no professional knowledge on watches whatsoever. Staff show an attitude of patronizing superiority. I don’t understand how a reputable company could employ such staff. I’m still shocked as we really didn’t expect to feel so disappointed and upset as we left. They were condescending and arrogant. Please don’t waste a journey or your money here.

Best store in London! I really appreciate all the help and effort received from Hoda and Jimmy for my wife’s anniversary present; we can’t thank them both enough as they made my wife’s day perfect!

I ordered the Longines Master Collection Chronograph online. I have been in touch with a member of the Online team named Abraham who has provided an exceptional level of customer support and service. I would certainly recommend buying from Bucherer especially if you want honest treatment and support to help you build and enrich your watch collection.

Great customer service. The best service I have ever received. My sales associate was Linda, and I really loved being on her service. This rolex store became my favorite branch because of her. Hopefully I will have the chance to purchase another watch. Excellent service.

Today Linda’s patients as been brilliant my card was declined and wasn’t sure if the reason Linda then said the best way forward was to call my bank which then authorised the payment cups of coffee and water one very patient lady today can’t thank her enough
