Am 23.12 kaufte ich im Alsterhaus im Bucherer Ohrringe (ein Weihnachtsgeschenk), die überhaupt nicht gefielen. Am 27.12 wollte ich sie zurück bringen und das Geld wird leider nicht erstattet. Ein Umtausch bzw. eine Gutscheinausstellung ist zwar möglich, aber der Gutschein ist nur für den Hamburger Laden gültig. Bei der kleinen Ladenfläche völlig witzlos.

Wie kann man seine Kunden so frustrieren?

Bucherer werde ich nun mein Leben meiden - nie wieder!

I made a purchase at the Rolex store located in Selfridges back in July and Alice was just a pleasure from start to finish. She was able to get me a watch in under two months. What a star. Also all the staff are friendly and lovely to talk to!

Ordered a Tissot watch from the Bucherer website that was way cheaper than anywhere else, delivery was rapid and the packaging and envelope suggested quality from the outset. The watch was a gift and I ended up returning it as it was unwanted. The service through the returns process general approach from Abraham @ Bucherer was nothing short of superb, in fact I actually used the word exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I'll be using them again for sure.

Went to register interest in a Rolex based on the advice from the help team to make an appointment to discuss my options. Took myself down with my disabled mother and grandmother to be told well unless you have purchased with us before then unlikely we will sell a Rolex to you. Plus Rolex policy set by Rolex will not allow which of course is a lie. Was told to buy an Omega I said no thank you I have a large Omega collection and wish to add to Rolex. Basically told me to go elsewhere where I have brought from before. Didn’t want to sell to us full stop. Had issues with the appointment booking etc prior trying to get hold of the store was again a nightmare so tried customer service again nightmare. Red flags but gave them the benefit of the doubt don’t know why I bothered. Feedback to them how I felt and have been ignored.

Went to another Rolex retailer the same day I did this company and was sold a Rolex and put name down for another and got it 3 weeks later. Not heard from Bucherer yet and doubt I ever will again.

My advice if you want good customer service and you want to feel like you are not judged then go elsewhere they will treat you far better than this company ever will!

If you are visiting the Covent Garden store, make sure you ask for Alex. He is a credit to the company. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Awful service! We bought a diamond ring that had to be resized more than 10 days ago. They promised we would receive it within 3-4 days. The ring is still not with me and it was fully paid! They don't answer neither the phone for some days now nor the emails that we sent them.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I left my Baume and Mercier watch with John Lewis on Oxford Street for a repair and full service thinking that I was dealing with John Lewis. I didn't appreciate at the time I was really dealing with Bucherer. That was in April. It took about 4/5 weeks just to get a quotation. I approved the quotation mid-May but I didn't get my watch back until October. I had to do all the chasing. Very little communication at all and then when I was contacted I was told, "Oh, we are no longer trading in John Lewis. Don't worry we have your watch." I was told I would be emailed to let me know where to pick up my watch but I received no email. In the end I called again, "Oh, your watch is in John Lewis". And John Lewis staff didn't seem to know what was going on.

When I collected my watch one of the rubber links on my watch strap was ripped. I just couldn't face giving my watch back for a replacement strap after the 6 months wait.

Awful service from online sales and no admission of error, just a pathetic email not accepting any fault and circling around the fact that plain and simply it was bad service.

Purchased two watches, both orders were cancelled due to not being available. First of all why are items not in stock being listed as being available to purchase? Second why was no attempt made to provide an alternative option or back order the watches ordered? (They are both still in production so this was possible).

But most importantly these watches were purchased using their 0% finance, as financially this made sense as I could get better returns if I kept hold of money - no company should be undertaking credit checks, (which can adversely affect credit ratings) if they do not have the product to sell.

Good service is shown by how a company makes good errors - and it is clear that when there is an issue Bucherer couldn't care less!

Just to make matters worse I just got an email to say that Bucehrer have responded to my review - this review was posted in September 2022, THREE YEARS AGO!! What prompt service

I used to shop from watches from Switzerland, but now it’s Bucherer because Mehtap is there. I have been her client for 2 years and is very happy with her service. Bucherer has welcomed me highly. Great sales with a great sales associate.

Every time I visit the boutique in Selfridges, I have a great experience! Alice is so helpful and lovely. Buying a Rolex is such an incredible experience, made even better by Alice at Bucherer! #Bestinthegame!

Just purchased a Rolex from Selfridges. Linda did a superb job throughout. First taking me through the options and believe it or not, rang me a couple of months later with the good news that it had arrived. Thanks Linda, much appreciated
