The Brookhouse Gas engineer provided a highly professional service, arriving on time, working efficiently, and explaining everything clearly. Their attention to detail and tidy work left us confident and very satisfied with the service.

I had a problem with low pressure on my boiler, I rang Brookhouse Gas and they talked me through it. I then noticed water underneath the boiler. An engineer was with me within 30 minutes. Instantly spotted the faulty part. Serviced the boiler on the same visit. Ordered the part and it was fitted the next day. Lovely friendly lads. Professional job. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service as always, rang in the morning to report a fault on our boiler and the Engineer came the same day. Always polite, friendly and helpful…explained the problem and resolved it very quickly

I had my boiler serviced today the two engineers that attended were friendly and polite, serviced my boiler and updated my service booklet, Brookhouse is a great Company so committed to giving a great service.

Engineer was on time explained what he needed to do , After completing his work he showed me the readings from his testing and told me how the boiler was running for its age. He cleaned the boiler area taking anything he had changed a very professional job carried out.

Excellent skilled tradesman solved the problem with the central heating system. Office staff cheerful and polite. Would highly recommend for your heating requirements.
Had to wait a couple of days but I take the view that if a tradesman can come tomorrow they are probably not very good. I assume if you are desperate they would try to assist.

Excellent service again from Brookhouse Gas Services. I contacted them on 27/02/26 as we thought there was a problem with the gas thermostat. Reception as always were helpful and said they would order a new thermostat and be in touch. Unfortunately the heating went off completely and I telephoned again at 13.10pm. I was told that an engineer would be with us and within an hour the engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced a faulty valve and left within 40 mins. Engineer like his colleagues was professional, experienced and customer friendly. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.
