We, Brookhouse Gas Services, were formed in 2003 by myself, Nick Woodward and my wife, Donna. I started out in the gas industry in 1980 as an apprentice with British Gas and now have over 42 years experience. We are a family run business with 15 employees including our sons, Alex and Dan and we are based in Harthill on the outskirts of Sheffield. We install, service and repair appliances that run on Natural Gas, L.P.G and Oil. We now have approximately 2000 households covered on Service Contracts offering repairs 365 days per year giving our customers peace of mind. Brookhouse Gas are proud to work with Worcester Bosch and Novuna to offer our customers a range of payment options for your new boiler and heating systems. Excellent service as always.
Mother in Law who is 93 needed a new boiler, confirmed after requesting a call out from her care plan.
They quoted within a day & gave 2 x alternatives, agreed on which boiler she wanted & they came & fitted within the week.
2 x engineers fitted the boiler within the day with little fuss & little inconvenience.
Left after totally cleaning up & explaining everything & showing how the controls work.
Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend
First time contacting this company. Always a little apprehensive when dealing with someone new and unfamiliar but a brilliant experience all round. I contacted them via the easy to use online form. A very lovely lady then got in touch and organised a visit. They worked around our availability and were happy to come at a time to suit us. On the day they arrived on time, were polite, professional and only carried out the necessary work (being honest that something we thought needed doing didn’t). A wonderful experience and a company we will call on again in future. Thank you

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. From the initial inspection from Nick and the quote to the communication from the team to get the date booked in. Installation guys turned up bang on time. Treated the property with respect. Installation was smooth and handover great. Talked through the new controls and how boiler works.

The firm attended promptly to attend to…
The firm attended promptly to attend to a fault with the boiler flue pipe fitting which was causing a slight water leak through the roof. Unable to rectify the fault immediately and due to weather conditions the repair was carried out some days later. I have dealt with the firm for a number of years, the staff are always friendly and efficient and at very neat job has been carried out on this occasion.

Our first experience of dealing with Brookhouse Gas has been an excellent one. Having been competitively quoted we have had a new boiler and radiator installed. Arriving on time the lads were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When finished they left everything clean and tidy. We also found the office admin team to be very helpful. Would highly recommend.
