Fast, professional emergency repair
Had an emergency water leak from a burst pipe in the evening – booked via my landlord as an emergency job. The engineer, Rikaine Wren, arrived promptly and sorted everything quickly and to a high standard. He located the water shut-off with no trouble, replaced the faulty pipe, and left everything exactly as it was before. Water's back on, leak's fully fixed. Really appreciated the speed and professionalism – highly recommend.

Fantastic service and work
Fabulous work and efforts by Simon. Not a very easy or pleasant job to tackle but Simon was so helpful and kind. He worked thoroughly and knowledgeably and was respectful of my home. I cannot recommend him highly enough and he is booked to return to finish what turned into a far more complicated and difficult job to finish in one day. Excellent Plumbing and Heating Engineer
I had a very good experience with Jerome W and would definitely recommend him as an experienced and knowledgeable heating and plumbing engineer. He carried out a power flush at my property and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, explained everything clearly before getting on with the job, and solved the issue efficiently without any fuss. He also took great care while working in my home and made recommendations to help improve the future efficiency of my boiler and heating system. Great service from start to finish.

Jason arrived and identified the issue quickly, but while fixing it also noticed a couple of other issues in the system. Explained those and then fixed them, all efficiently and in good time.
