Gavin was a fantastic tutor and made learning about COSHH Risk Assessments a fun experience.

Harry my mentor was really supportive and offered constructive advice throughout.
Upkaar was also supportive during my final stages.

The process was exacting, comprehensive and thorough, but nonetheless it was a fair process. It was made very clear what to do at each stage, and all of the information needed to respond appropriately was provided during the course. The only slight criticism I have is that the need to complete a second stage, involving a specific project example, wasn't made as obvious as it could have been.

I enjoyed the on-line course very much. It was very well composed and organised, clearly expressed, with rich content and easy to use and navigate - I expected a little bit more elaboration on safety signs. I enjoyed the cheeky-ness in the questions in the quick tests-quizzes :inviting to pay more attention to a next session. I learnt a lot of new stuff and helped me clarify stuff I already knew. I didn't really know how to use the virtual session on identifying hazards in several work places: it was too imaginative for me and lost lots of lives trying to work it out...
Overall it is a great course and I am very happy I attended (and passed) it. Thank you

British Safety was very helpful with me issues at the time of doing my course. They managed to get it resolve very quickly so I can continue with course.

Once you get into the course the modules aren't to bad. I liked the option you had plenty of time to complete the course.

This is a tough review as the original lecturer was brilliant, well organised and conveyed the learnings very well. He was experienced and engaging. Unfortunately due to personal reasons he had to leave midway. This is where BSC broke down and their organisation fell apart in what should have been an easy transition. We had two replacements which provided contradictory messages between each other and the original. Bookings for exams got missed out for several of us on the course. BSC support was poor and you felt like they got your money and ran.

straight forward and clear information

Reasonably good training material and overall package, delivered remotely. Easy to access and use with a good practical application of the knowledge in the final assessment. Uploading and marking of the final assessment ran very smoothly.

Overall - very good. 2 issues: a) the interactive 'walk around and spot the hazards' did not work properly, so I had to keep cancelling it and coming out and going back in. Cancelling was labelled as "starting again", but it just went back to the same point with the same error. A reboot fixed it. b) Our browsers are locked down by the company and it wasn't clear the impact of not being able to allow pop-ups on the final test, therefore I could only make one attempt.

Reading material sometimes does not include crucial information covered in the training videos

Ok for online tutoring...had done the course before so the update was useful

Very helpful training material and personnel.It assist me a lot to take my Nebosh IGC certification.
