Well if that's the case refund my money that I paid to do the course, it was supposed to be a lifetime award, not 2027, yer an absolute joke, scam artists, your whole company should be disbanded and closed down, disgusting and all those people ye screwed over, ye should refund the money or pay for another course gangsters and common theives

I have just completed the Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety practice. I found the course very challenging, with course content and COVID. However, I found that it has helped me grow as an individual, gain confidence in myself and grow my skills during the course of completing the units. The tutors and programme manager have been extremely helpful with all aspects of my journey and when I wanted to give up, they were very encouraging and kept me on my path to success. I would definitely recommend them for future courses for myself and any of my team.

I have just completed the Level 5 Diploma with British Safety Council and though I found it a challenge to complete at the same time as working full time it was both informative and rewarding. I want to thank my Tutor Derek Wilkinson for his excellent support throughout the whole process, who would always respond quickly to provide extra guidance where needed. Overall this was a very positive experience for me and I would recommend the British Safety Council to anyone wishing to complete the Diploma.

For the final Risk Assessment exam i felt it was not clearly explained what was expected of you, the format has changed from when colleagues have completed the course so i felt a little unprepared. A note at the start stating this was an actual assessment and would form part of the assessment would be good to ensure you are in a quiet place and have put 2 hours aside, luckily i was at the point i got to this but others might find themselves in a loud office and hit start at 4.30pm not realising it is a marked assessment and not a practise.

The online course was really engaging and easy to following

I had a good trainer who was very knowledgeable about the subject he was giving training on.
he did not have a voice that droned on and was inclusive and interacted with every member of the group. ay two was quite intense learning about the laws and legalities, but all in all I enjoyed my training sessions even though some of it was a refresher rather than new information.

Helpful when emailed with queries, bit of trouble with the online assessment at end, with loading etc and ticking answers

Tutor was great. I had to have a time extension and they were very accommodating. System/learning materials were simple and easy to use

The tutor managed the learning very well, set at a pace all could handle. Explained well and answered any questions.

Sent emails requesting to purchase the IOSH Working safely course for four colleagues in November 2022. No response. Chased two weeks later, no response. Chased two weeks later, no response. called up today to speak to someone and was told that the reason for non response was that staff took Christmas holidays (last email chase was sent on 08/12/2022). Then asked to resend my emails again and someone would get back to me. Copied in every other email address I could find (events/membership/policy) to hopefully get someone who could help me and yes, you guessed it, no response. I've never worked so hard to spend money in a business before.

Excellent experience. Staff are very patient, knowledgeable and positive with their support.

I purchased 2 of the DSE Risk Assessment courses for my team after reading the course content and shopping around. We were looking for something in depth that would cement their knowledge so they could assess staff workstations. Having already done a basic course which we include for all staff I was disappointed to receive the feedback that this course was really poor compared to the one they had already done which was better (and when purchased separately to our subscription about 5% of the cost!). Not only that but the exam had content not covered in the course. I sent my feedback and received a very disappointing reply which said they would give me 50% off when they had released an up to date version of the course in a year's time. Overpriced and really not worth the money at all.

Gavin was a fantastic tutor and made learning about COSHH Risk Assessments a fun experience.
